I LOVE this inn. The house reminds me of the house I grew up and all the charm of an old Japanese house. I wish I could own something like this. The unit we got was equipped with a pseudo Goemonburo. Since I grew up using a real Goemonburo it was a special treat for me. It is hard to find one. The breakfast as wonderful (they make it in their facility) decor was great. I would recommend and return myself to this wonderful place.

This is my favorite accommodation in Nara. All the townhouses have been beautifully renovated and are very comfortable. The breakfast delivered at Okamochi is also delicious. We recommend staying for several nights. You can stay as if you were a resident of Nara Town. It's so cozy that you'll want to spend all your time at home instead of sightseeing.

My dad was born here and grew up in this house. I’m so happy that the house has been kept this way and I would like to stay there one day!

A really ideal place to stay for a few days in Nara, very typical Japanese with an interior garden. The only downside is the fridge which makes a little noise at night. The breakfast is really typical Japanese and delicious. This place will remain one of my favorites in Japan.

I want to live in a space like this. It has a modern interior while retaining the charm of a townhouse where you can feel nature. You can spend quality time.
