It's tough because the road to get to the campsite is only wide enough for one car. One night stay at the lawn free site. Although it was mid-July, it was 5-6 degrees cooler than the flatlands, making it comfortable. I think there were fewer insects too. As of 2024, the shower was out of order. I hope it gets fixed soon. The manager is nice and the grass is beautiful. Also, firewood is cheap.

After driving through a long mountain road, we finally arrived. The tent field was spacious and comfortable on the grass. There were toilets and a water source nearby, and the toilets were fairly clean. The view was great, you can see the city of Tsu.

I used it for Golden Week. I think it's a nice place, it's very beautiful and well kept. The day I went, there was a full moon and I couldn't see any stars, so I'm planning to get revenge by aiming for a new moon this time. The last 10 minutes of the road to the campsite is a road that can barely accommodate one vehicle, so I think it would be difficult for large vehicles such as Delicas and Land Cruisers. However, since only people going to the campsite pass by, I think it's okay as long as you don't go there around 11:00 a.m. when the campsite's check-out time is due, or return around 12:00 p.m. My recommendation is that there is a roadside station Mitsue nearby, so I think it would be a good idea to go there for lunch and have some food. There is a hot spring here, you can eat there, and they also sell firewood and thin firewood for kindling. They also sell Swedish torches, wild boar meat, and venison, so I think it's interesting. However, the Swedish torch will kill the grass, so if you're going to do it on a free site, I think you'll need a larger fire pit.

Since the altitude is high, the temperature may be low even in summer.
