It's tough that there is only one coin laundry (washing machine and dryer are separate). Also, the laundry room was scorching hot when the dryer was running.

This is my second time using it. The female staff member's explanation of the power outage due to work on the check-out day was good. Apa's beds are the same at all stores, so I slept well this time as well. Unfortunately, the floor of the room we stayed in was a little dirty. I wish I could vacuum a little more often!

Nearest hotels are Kanda, Iwamotocho, and Kodenmacho.It is an area with many small and medium-sized buildings and many old-fashioned businesses and offices, and there are many business hotels scattered nearby.It's a little far from the station, so it's difficult to move around with luggage on rainy days or under the scorching sun.Although there is a little distanceIf you don't have any luggage and it's sunny, it's nice to take a walk to Tokyo Station, Akihabara, Ningyocho, etc.There are many restaurants in the area from noon to early evening, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.At night, all the shops except convenience stores are closed and there are not many people walking around.The room is quite compact, so if you just want to sleep, you won't have any problems.There is no public bath.There was also no air purifier in the room.The humidity is high and the daytime temperature is high, so it's easy to smell.In particular, dehumidification is highly recommended.I was able to control the air conditioner in the room I stayed in as mentioned in the reviews.

I was sleeping in bed and the next day I was bitten by a tick on my leg. There were stains under the bed sheets and it was dirty. There is not enough laundry so I wish they would increase it.

I have no complaints about the service, but I really had a hard time because the room I was assigned was located near an overpass.If a car passed by in the middle of the morning, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. It's so early in the morning that it's hard to sleep without earplugs.

If you feel like it, it's within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Transportation is good. The room is adequate, but there is only one elevator, so you may have to wait to move between floors.

This is a terrible hotel. Tiny rooms with dirty walls and dirty carpets. Poor air cooling system. Window onto another building wall. Corridors the same. Nowhere to sit in lobby. Small and slow elevator (only one). Unhelpful staff who failed to issue breakfast voucher despite our saying we wanted breakfast and who then were unable to correct their own error. Final bill whose amount did not correspond to rate we had booked.

Located 7.8 minutes walk from Kanda Station.There are not many shops around, so it is a quiet location. It's along the Yamanote Line, so it's useful when traveling to Tokyo.

The staff are so nice, I was sick and they gave me medecine and explain me everything. It’s my 6th APA hotel and nothing to say about the staff. I hope all the foreigners who come visit Japan respect them as much than the japenese culture are. Domo

dirty. The room also smells like sweat.It's best not to stay overnight. Not recommended.And there is the complexity of managing air conditioners all at once.Open the window.picture? Is it the Showa era?Moreover, there is only one elevator.The worst.I promise I will never stay there again.The hotel has responded mysteriously to the reviews, but I guess they have no intention of improving it.I can see you thinking that just replying is fine.If you keep making excuses and don't take action, you won't be trusted.With this, APA's future will be difficult.

Stayed there 3 nights, room was clean and had all what you needed staff were polite and helpful. Only gripe was it would have been nice to have a view other than the brick wall next door, as the room was small and it wasn't cheap. It was close to restaurants and train station which was a bonus.
