This is the most incredible guesthouse I have ever been to! Book it with no hesitation, you have to stay there if you visit Wazuka. It's right in the middle of tea fields and the hosts are the most incredible hosts ever. Extremely kind and always ready to help, especially when I had issues to get my rental car. The dinner was better than a restaurant, they are really good chefs! My room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the tea fields. I only stayed one night but I wish I could have stayed longer to do pottery with them too!

It's difficult to explain just how amazing the stay was. My mind is boggled at any review below 5 stars. Japan is a country of incredibly warm hospitality and people; this was by far the most memorable experience of our time here. The hosts are wonderful people, the food was insanely good and the location - just wow. And this is compared to the rest of Japan. Go, just go!! We'll remember this trip to Japan forever, but this will always - ALWAYS - be the highlight.

I came across a soba restaurant online, but is it a guesthouse? I bought this soba that was made with tea, and it wasn't very delicious, but it was said to be rare, so I wanted to try it.

The hospitality provided by Tokuan's host and wife is the best. The garden is very beautiful with flowers blooming every season. It's a comfortable place.

This is our precious cedar...It has historical eyes.Birds sing peacefully and white dogwood blossoms in all their glory.Atsuan , guesthouse in Wazuka , welcome us.Picking sprouts of tea leaves at Jokoen's teaplantation with Jiijisan is a starter of nature course.Nibbling them here and there made me wrapped with the fresh fragrance of green tea. They are definitely good for tempura.Atsukosan is a great cooker.

It is built on a hill surrounded by tea plantations. The road near the entrance is narrow and the beginner mark 🔰 should be careful. The pottery was taught carefully and kindly to beginners, and I was able to enjoy making my own pieces. I'm looking forward to seeing it baked.Lunch, is this dinner? The amount and number of items is so great that it's a great deal, and everything is so delicious that I finished it all.Although I didn't stay there, I was able to tour the guest rooms, which had both Japanese and Western rooms, and were clean, so I gave them 5 stars.Plus, the owner and his wife had a warm atmosphere and were easy to talk to, so we had a great time. It's a hidden gem where only one group can stay overnight or have lunch a day, so I'd like to tell my friends about it. But I don't want to teach them (lol) so I'm conflicted.Of course, I have already made a reservation for the next time.
