Recently stayed at Mini House Tokyo South for a short 5 day stay. Although a bit far from the city, this place is conveniently located from a less than 1 mins walk from Omorimachi station, which made commute easy.There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby that is worth checking out. Some that are even open 24 hours making it perfect for those late night cravings.The studio apartment was quite spacious with a washer (no dryer) included, open mini kitchen with a small fridge and freezer. The place was very clean and felt welcoming after a long flight.Check-in and email communication was a great experience also. Staff was very quick to respond when I had to email with any inquiries. They were very helpful and made the accommodation stress free.

I recently stayed at MINI HOUSE Tokyo South with my wife and child for 10 days, and our experience was exceptional. One of the most delightful aspects of this property is its prime location, being very close to Omorimachi Station. This made our daily commutes and explorations of Tokyo extremely convenient.In addition to its proximity to the station, there are several convenience stores and dining options within walking distance. Our favorite dining spot was Sukiya, which operates 24 hours a day, making it perfect for late-night meals.The property itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are well-insulated from noise, ensuring a peaceful stay even though the property is near a main road. Despite its location, the traffic noise was minimal.The in-room facilities were excellent. The inclusion of a washing machine was particularly useful, although it’s worth noting that the machine does not have an automatic dryer, so clothes need to be air-dried. While there was no drying rack, the bathroom's compact design allowed us to hang our clothes to dry there conveniently.Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant stay. The property’s location made it easy for us to explore Tokyo, and we could relax comfortably at the end of each day.One point to note for travelers with children is that the property considers children over the age of 7 as adults, and the maximum occupancy for a unit is three people. This is important to keep in mind when planning your stay.I highly recommend MINI HOUSE Tokyo South for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Tokyo.

Our experience of Mini House South was great, the location, while in the suburbs, is very conveniently located a literal 30-second walk to the nearest train station. It is close to shops, convenience stores, and in the same block as a delicious Indian restaurant and excellent ramen right next door! The building is new and very well kept, the room spacious, neat, and clean, with the washer at hand for a long stay, and check in was easy. This room was the biggest we’ve had in our three stays during our vacation, which was excellent to have room to breathe, spread our things, and eat at a table in the evenings. Highly recommend!!
