There are a lot of people around and I can’t check in. It’s really bad service.

It is a 3-minute walk from Saga Station. The bed is very comfortable. The room is of medium size. The TV is a projector. You need a tablet on the first floor for self-service check-in. There are parking lots next to and opposite to our car. The parking lot next to it is open from 19:00 to 09 :00 is only 400 yen, and the parking lot opposite is 700 yen. There are many izakayas nearby, and there is also a large shopping mall in front of the station.

The air conditioner is turned on at 20 degrees and it’s still not cool! The wind noise is too loud!

Unattended check-in was not that difficult and went smoothly. However, I'm not sure if it's for security reasons, but I was surprised to see that each guest's face was taken with a tablet camera. The facilities in the room were very good, including the pop-in Aladdin. What was confusing was that there were many differences between what was written in the manual in the room and what was actually written. For example, it says to check out by scanning the QR code on the inside of the door with your smartphone, but I desperately searched for the QR code but couldn't find it, so in the end, I actually checked out using the tablet below. It was. If the method has changed, I would like it to be properly reflected.

Self-service check-in is very inconvenient. Not some hotels have self-service check-in or check-out machines that are convenient and easy to use. …

The rooms are more spacious than ordinary business hotels and adopt contactless self-service check-in or communication check-in. It is about a 5-minute walk from Saga Station and there is a large supermarket nearby.
