This hotel was good value in terms of the room size. The room was spacious for 2 people. The amenities though were kind of outdated with the shower requiring you to twist both hot and cold water controls to find the water temperature you want it to be. But overall would still recommend staying here if you are in Saga as it is near the station.*note breakfast wasn't to my taste and I would recommend to look for food elsewhere if possible.

The Hotel Route Inn brand is a popular one considering it's wide range of branches scattered across Japan; each has consistent delivery of their mandate to satisfy customers , with some providing some exceptionally unique services. I've stayed at about 4 Route Inn branches in Japan, and this one in Saga is one of my favorites not just because of its extremely close proximity to the train station, or it's English speaking staff, comfortable room, and their usual freely available public baths for residents, but also because of the wonderful breakfast served buffet style that most definitely aims to satisfy customer preferences regardless of what a person would subscribe to or not. I stayed for 5 nights and I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Highly recommend if you're taking a trip to this magnificent city of wonderous heritage and impact on the entirety of modern day Japan before and at the onset of the Meiji restoration.

Right in front of JR saga station and bus terminal. Many small restaurants and pubs are around, mostly on the side streets. |Room was comfortably big. …

This is a clean, friendly, well positioned property but the beds are super-firm-almost like sleeping on a box spring. Located outside the bus depot, its location can't be beat. …

Very popular hotel next to JR train and bus station in Saga. Service is excellent. Hot bath on site. If other sites have no vacancy try: http://www.route-inn.co.jp/english/pref/saga.html..  …

AN Average hotel near the Saga station. Nice room with fridge and water kettle. Small bathroom. Stiff beds with even stiffer cushions. Very quiet rooms. A lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel so the location is very good.

I went to Saga for professional reasons and the hotel was fine.||The room was clean and large enough. The breakfast was plentiful and there was easy access to the station and to local shops and restaurants. There is however not many reasons to stop in Saga for fun!
