It was a ryokan that gave you a sense of Saga's spirit of simplicity and fortitude. Although the facility is old, it is well-maintained and clean. The food is outstanding. You can clearly see that they are carefully selected and made with good materials. The utensils are also made from Karatsu ware so as not to overpower the food. I could feel the taste of the person who prepared the food.Probably because it is a family business, there is a family tradition that must be protected and nurtured. This is a good ryokan that expresses this feeling in every way. I would like to see you again.

It seems like you are more concerned about the utensils than the food.

It's a restaurant with delicious food. You can also tell us the origin of each piece of pottery.I was told that they are not sure if they will be able to purchase squid as the fishing continues to be poor. They were properly stocked when we stayed there. They serve it as squid somen or grill it on a stone. They also served fried geso and it was very delicious. The breakfast was very delicious and I bought it, especially the boiled tofu.I was grateful that they responded immediately when I had a problem with GOto.

Even compared with other excellent ryokans from many years of travel experience in Japan, it is not inferior. Not to mention the deliciousness of the squid, the taste and presentation of other dishes reflect the owner's care and attention. The service is also great!
