I use it with the children in the children's club. There is a river running through the campground, so the children can enjoy playing in the river from morning until evening.

Used during summer vacation and Obon periodAlthough the altitude is low, we were able to stay cool and comfortable at night by using the area with plenty of shade.Although it is gravel, it can be made more comfortable by using mats.Depending on the campsite, access was a little difficult due to the narrow road, and there were no showers, so we had to use the nearby hot springs, which was a little inconvenient. The children were able to enjoy playing in the river comfortably.I would like to use it again if I have a chance

It was August 10th, the height of summer, but it was comfortable and had no problems even with small children. It was rather cold at night.

This is a clean and well-maintained campsite.Although it is summer, there are few insects and you can enjoy camping comfortably. You can also play in the river, so I think children will enjoy it too.The problem is that the toilets are far away depending on the site.

Many of the sites are right in front of the river, and the scenery is beautiful. The site was mostly flat with well-drained gravel. There are Western-style toilets, but some people may not like them because they are old-fashioned.

A river runs through the grounds, the grounds are kept clean, and the high altitude makes it easy to spend time even in the summer. I want to go see the maple leaves in autumn.

5 stars. The toilets and tap water are very clean. It's so clean that everyone is encouraged to use it cleanly. The river is also beautiful. You can read and take naps with your feet on, making summer camping a lot of fun.Anyway, recommended. If you are camping, please visit once. The sound of the river flowing and the cry of Higurashi were the best👌The nearby hot springs (discount tickets available at the campsite) are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

It was my first time using it.It was my first time camping in the summer and I was worried about the heat, but as expected, it was hot under direct sunlight, but it wasn't too much to worry about, and it was cold at night without a sleeping bag.The water in the river was cool and pleasant, and the children enjoyed swimming and continued playing the next morning. It was comfortable for adults to walk around with their feet on.We were able to rent out a large space for three families with small children. There was a house and a rice field next door, and at night I could hear frogs croaking. The receptionist is a pleasant old lady who seems to be a bit laid-back for those in a hurry.Since I didn't have a bath, I went to a hot spring in Kashima. We were told that fireworks are okay as long as they are not set off.A firefly was flying around at this time of year.I was impressed by the starry sky, which looked like a planetarium.

A very nice campsite with a stream. The manager's grandmother is nice. You can also buy firewood cheaply here.

Although the gravel bed is a little hard in some places, it is always well maintained and is a mountain campsite rich in nature.Unlike in the flatlands, it is better to wear the same equipment as in the middle of winter on a March night. The grounds are large, so you can distance yourself from neighboring sites, so you can enjoy theater camping as long as you don't make too much noise!
