I went to eat wild vegetable soba for 1,300 yen per person. The wild vegetable hotpot in the photo is for two people, but it had a lot of ingredients and was very filling. Please be aware that there was a sign saying that the restaurant will be closed from July 16th to September. It's a facility where you can stay overnight, so the rating says there are guest rooms, but I didn't use them... However, I gave it two stars based on the fact that the building was old and the toilets I used didn't have water. If you are staying at our hotel, we would appreciate it if you would refer to the reviews from people who have actually experienced staying at our hotel.

Wild vegetable soba is the best. If you put a bowl of wild vegetable soup full of ingredients from a piping hot pot and dip the soba noodles in cold water, it's delicious. There are many wild vegetables in it, and the soup stock is delicious. Oizawa is a place rich in nature. Please come and join us.

I had the Gassan wild vegetable soba.Boiled wild vegetables were served in a pot, and the soba noodles came on a flat plate. It was amazing to serve it from the pot onto a saucer, add soba noodles, and eat it with wild vegetables.I want to come and try the mushroom nabe soba in the fall ↗️

I came here after receiving a recommendation from an acquaintance. The menu only includes regular and large portions of ``Wild Vegetable Soba''. The edible wild vegetable soup is so voluminous that it would be better to say ``soba with lots of ingredients and wild vegetable soup'' rather than ``edible wild vegetable soba.'' Of course, the soba is also delicious. Twenty-eight, maybe. The locations are not close by, so I think it would be a good idea to plan well.

On May 27, 2023, a friend came to visit from Saitama, so we went to eat wild vegetable soba! It had been a while, but nothing had changed at all. As always, there were lots of wild vegetables and chicken, and it was delicious!!! If you want to eat wild vegetable dishes, the guesthouses nearby are said to be excellent. I will definitely go next year!!!February 22, 2023 diary. I'm 60 years old and live in Yamagata City and returned from Tokyo last November. I used to go there once every few years without making a reservation to eat [wild vegetable soba]. It's still cold, but the footsteps of spring are approaching, so I'm starting to want to eat wild vegetables. When I went out in spring, the season for wild vegetables, I was able to enjoy an incredible silver world (snowy landscape) as soon as I turned towards this soba restaurant, even though it was spring as far as Lake Gassan. At that time, it was also possible to enjoy snowmobiling near this soba restaurant. When I went to Finland before, I rode a snowmobile and it was really fun. I have digressed from the topic of soba, but the wild vegetable soba here was exquisite. I think the atmosphere around here makes it even more delicious. I used to go with my father when he was still in good health, but now he is a little disabled. It's so nostalgic. And it's delicious, so I'd like to visit my father again to eat it while he's still healthy. I think I have photos from that time, but I couldn't find them unless I searched quite a bit, so I'm sorry I couldn't post them. (This is not an inn. It is a soba restaurant.)

Used for lunch. Amazing volume of mushrooms and wild vegetables! Unfortunately, it ends on November 12th this year due to the deep snow. I was finally able to go on November 12th!

The wild vegetable soba (1,300 yen) contained 10 types of mushrooms and wild vegetables, and was very delicious with a rich flavor. I was full with so many ingredients.

For soba, there are two options: regular or large size of Gassan Sansai Soba. 2-8 or more wheat flavor. In a good sense, the noodles are slippery and difficult to spread. Enjoy with plenty of mushrooms and wild vegetables in iron pot soup. It seems like there isn't enough flavor despite the abundance of ingredients? It looks like they are closed during the winter.
