I stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday!I made a surprise reservation, so I was really happy that the front desk staff took care of me! !My boyfriend's favorite food is sukiyaki, and we could choose sukiyaki from the course, so we chose this place, and not only the sukiyaki, but all the dishes were delicious😤The spa was also very beautiful and the view was great! The lounge was nice and the coffee cups were so cute that I went to the main store to buy them lol We had a wonderful anniversary thank you so much 🙇‍♀️

Although the bath in the room is not open-air, you can see the outside scenery from the large window, and it is designed to prevent insects from entering, which was very nice for me.The large public bath is small, so it may be a problem for those who are looking for a large large bath, but the sauna/spa is the best.In addition to two types of saunas (steam and dry), a natural water bath, and a large outdoor bathing space, there is also a beer server, as well as all-you-can-drink water and Aquarius, and all-you-can-eat ice cream.Enjoy unlimited snacks and alcohol/soft drinks in the larger lounge until 11pm.Honestly, my stay from 15:00 to 11:00 was not enough.I brought my 0-year-old child with me, and the hotel was friendly to guests with children, offering crib rentals and baby chairs set up in advance at the dining area.This time we had some great food, especially the breakfast.I came from Tokyo, and to be honest, 50,000 yen for 2 people without meals is a bargain.If I wanted to stay in this class in the Kanto area, it would cost 100,000 yen.I would even go to Saga just to go here.Since it's a local inn, most of the staff are local wives, but I thought that was a good thing.

However, when I ran out of drinks, I asked for more and was told in a slightly stronger tone, "We only have what's in the fridge." It would be confusing if the words and actions of different employees differ, and since it affects the actual fees paid, I would like to see consistency in words and actions. Also, since alcohol is consumed in the lounge or in the room, if the refrigerator in the guest room runs out, you will have to go buy some drinks, and if you want to use a local convenience store, you will be required to use a car, so be sure to check in carefully at check-in. I would like to ask you to explain.② Beverages with meals must be charged separately.Beverages for breakfast and dinner at the dining room are not included in the accommodation fee. However, the drinks served here are provided free of charge in the lounge. It was also strange that the prices for the same type of drinks varied depending on the location within the hotel.There were other inconsistencies in the service, such as being asked to take my luggage with me at check-in, but not at check-out.
