The parking lot near the hotel is full.Other affiliated parking lots are also about 5 minutes walk away.It would have been nice if the front desk staff could tell us where the location was. The price is low and the location is good. The rooms are old, but it's acceptable for this price. It was cheaper to get two singles than twins.

The bed sheets were really smelly.I chose it because it was cheap, but this is impossible.

Thank you for your help on our family trip. I thought the cleanliness of the building and the location were good.

The front man's manners are not good at all.I use the hotel more than 120 days a year, but when I asked the receptionist for a parking space, I was told in a strong tone, "No!" and was denied the parking space. I didn't know, so even though I asked, ``No, it's no good.'' At other hotels, I've never been denied a single request. No matter what questions I asked, there were none.I was told that the parking fee was 500 yen, so I took out my card and it said "no"? If you ask me, it's cash only. This is something that should be explained first. This is my first time experiencing such a bad check-in.I don't think it's good to get stuck in a rut and respond sloppily.I think the number of domestic guests will decrease unless we retrain them or remove them from the front desk.I think management should consider using mystery shoppers. . .

Good location for people who want to be near the downtown area rather than near the station. It's a normal business hotel with good service and rooms, and the price is reasonable. I felt safe knowing that I could park my bike at the back of the building where it couldn't be seen from the street. The staff at the time of my stay were not very knowledgeable about tourist information, so I was disappointed, but I regret that I expected a little too much. It was comfortable (^^)

The cost was 5,500 yen including parking. The room is old, but the shower pressure is strong and there is air conditioning. I actually like the retro feel. There's alcohol in the vending machine, there's a microwave, there's an ice maker, it's within walking distance from the station, and I wanted to go to Bunshokan the next day, so I'm glad I was able to stay there for a cheap price.

Thank you for always taking care of me on my business trips. It's a little far from the station, but it's just the right distance to soothe your senses! ☺️ Getting a newspaper is also a great point ❗️
