It's very close to Murayama Station, almost as soon as you walk out of the station. The guest room is of a medium distance. The refrigerator is a bit too small and the PET bottles can hardly be placed flat. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. You can hear the sound of the bed in the next room. The walls are noisy and the prices are a bit too high as there is no competition. Apart from that, it's a good place to rest, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful.

Although it is a business hotel in the countryside, it seems to be a hotel for training camp students rather than business travelers or tourists. …

After checking in, when you enter the room, you will be greeted by an unmade bed.Is this a mistake? No, is that the specification?Still confused, I unpacked and headed to the bathroom. Why is there a cup overturned in the bathroom sink?Or rather, isn't there some kind of short, thick hair stuck to it?Is it clinging to your hair roots? ? ?I was so scared that I decided not to use this cup. When I returned after shopping, I found a sign saying ``uncleaned room'' posted on the door of the room.Is it still a mistake? No, is it a specification? ? ?Labor costs are high, and you have to lay out your own futons for training camps, right? ? ? (When I used it, I was staying for work.)I was afraid of knowing the reality, so I just sprayed the provided deodorizing spray in all directions.Recommended for people who want to make their own beds. You can reaffirm the great skills of people in the accommodation industry.

I used it for a night without meals, but if you make a reservation, it seems that it will be included in the morning and evening.I bought it at a nearby supermarket.Convenience stores and ramen shops are also within walking distance. There is a large parking lot and wi-fi.It was a beautiful hotel.

This seems to be the only business hotel in the area, and the service is not good. There is often no one at the front desk. When you have something to do, ring the bell.Meals rotate around the same menu every 3 or 4 days, which is really boring and doesn't taste good. Food that doesn't feel seasonal or regional. It's a waste because Yamagata has so many delicious foods.Even though the laundry service is advertised as requiring reservations, it is not. Even though I made a reservation, the washing machine was already in use. Even if you ask the front desk, they won't dispose of it even though the laundry has been finished. As a result, there is a women-only section available, so please wash your clothes in the women-only section. It's not just for women. The price is 1000 yen and a set of 4 doses is sold. Too much of a rip-off. There is a coin laundry near the nearby supermarket, so if you don't have enough to use for 4 times, we recommend using a coin laundry.Rather, the only choice for laundry is at a coin laundry.Even though I told her I didn't have to clean the room, there was evidence that she entered the room. The location of the trash can was clearly incorrect. Also, on the day I said I didn't have to clean the room another day, I asked them to leave bath towels in front of the room, but they didn't.The public bath is small but clean, but the hot water circulation is poor or not working properly. There was hair and dirt floating in the hot water, and it was really dirty. The room is spacious and clean, but the refrigerator is too small. A 500ml plastic bottle won't fit upright. What's more, the power goes off when you're out and the contents stay piping hot in the summer. Seriously, it's rotting inside.Etc. The response is really not good. The level I wish I would go to another hotel and study. The facility itself is clean and nice, the hot water in the rooms is good, the facilities are well-equipped, and the location is good, with convenience stores, supermarkets, stations, and pubs nearby, so it's really a waste.I have no choice but to use it because my company reserved it, but I would never use it personally.I think the good reviews come from short-term users. Caution is required when using for medium to long term

It was a comfortable stay in a clean hotel. The amenities and other amenities were average, and there was a Lawson nearby, so I didn't have any problems staying there for business.

I stayed here without meals on a business trip.I arrived a little late to check in, but the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are well-cleaned and beautiful. The room key is a card type, and the large public bath can accommodate 3 to 4 people. It can't be helped because it is a circulation system, but it smells a little like disinfection. There is a large public bath on the first floor, and although it was OK to wear a yukata to the room, I went in a jersey and the provided disposable slippers.Purchase dinner and breakfast at a nearby supermarket. There aren't many shops around.Overall, I had no complaints.
