I stayed at this hotel for two nights and three days on short notice due to family circumstances rather than a trip. I came here because I was staying with my dog.In conclusion, I don't think I will stay here again. On the first night, the dinner was better than I expected and was very delicious. It seems that the food was the same as that offered at the Yamatoya inn, which is about a 5-minute drive away. (The name of the product was written on the menu as well as the head office and inn Yamatoya.) The breakfast the next morning was both delicious and satisfying, both in quantity and taste. However, at a quick glance at the dinner on the second night, it was clear that the number of items was reduced compared to the dinner on the first night, and there was no menu. For drinks, I didn't ask for alcohol, but opted for oolong tea, so it seemed that the inn was wrong, and as I proceeded to eat the side dishes, no rice or soup was provided. There was no dressing on the salad that came with the roast beef, and the staff seemed busy (one staff member on the first night, two staff on the second night), so I just ate it as is. In the end, after I had eaten almost all the side dishes, I was served rice and soup, and I had no choice but to pour soy sauce on the rice and eat it.I had breakfast the next morning with a bad feeling in my mind.As expected, the number of items has been reduced and it is clearly poor. I couldn't help but look at my husband. On the first and second days, they didn't provide water, tea, or coffee, and even though I would have picked it up myself, they didn't say anything to me, and overall I felt that they were lacking in words and kindness.Despite staying in the room for two nights, there were no toiletries such as toothbrushes and towels on the second night, which would be inevitable if it was a guesthouse or pension, but I was irritated and wondered what was going on. The toilet didn't have any spare toilet paper, so it ended midway through the second night, so I used my own toilet paper that I had brought for the dog. However, it seemed like almost all the work was done by one employee (?), so it may be said that it can't be helped, but that doesn't matter to us. I'm so disappointed that I stayed at this hotel for a not-so-cheap price. The only good thing was that I was able to stay with my dog.

I stayed at this inn for New Year's because it was a place where I could enjoy fishing with my pet.I had heard that the inn was located in the mountains, so I was worried about snow, but this year's winter seemed to be mild, and I was able to spend a comfortable time without any snow. The dog run is very spacious and I'm glad that my dogs were able to run around as much as they wanted. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a proper ryokan dish. The flavor was strong and delicious, especially the ozoni that came out for breakfast. We also had the rainbow trout we caught salt-grilled, and we were able to eat it freshly grilled.Even though it was a river fish, it didn't smell too fishy, and the flesh was plump and delicious.I was a little concerned because the reviews said there would be stink bugs in the room, but probably because it was winter, there weren't any stink bugs in the room I stayed in.The bathroom was also very clean and I was able to spend a relaxing time there, so overall I'm very satisfied.I'm thinking of inviting my cousin to come again when the weather is warmer.

First night of Yamagata trip. The navigation guide led us to an apple orchard. It's like an inn for fishing customers in a somewhat surprising location. …

It was my first time using it.If you are thinking of staying at this inn, please read this.Stayed in early November. It may be unavoidable that there are insects due to the season and location, but it is beyond our control.About 20 stink bugs came out one after another, falling from above and even coming out of the TV and futon. In particular, there are gaps around the entrance, and a large number of them occur from there. There was no warning about insects when making the reservation, nor was there any verbal explanation given at check-in.(I would not have made a reservation if I had heard about it in advance, so at this point I have the impression that the business is focused on profit.)After spending a few hours there, I decided that I couldn't sleep anymore and contacted the person in charge.I was surprised at the high-pressure attitude of the employee, who gave in 100 steps to the presence of insects and did not apologize a single word over the phone. This is the first time I have felt this way after paying a little over 20,000 yen, which is not a cheap amount.Of course there was no refund.I wrote this review because I don't want more people to feel sad, and I want the accommodation to be a place where people working in the service industry can be happy.I didn't think I would ever come again, I was just disappointed.

Even though the windows were closed, dozens of stink bugs were coming out from everywhere in the room, and they were falling from the ceiling at night, so I moved to another accommodation. The manager never apologized"Really?" "I can't give you a refund."If you tell them that you would like to write a review etc.He changed his attitude and apologized, which made me even more angry.
