I stayed for 2 nights on the eco plan because I wanted to feel like I was in a spa.The room was a corner room on the first floor with 6 tatami mats, but it was large enough for one person. The room had a TV and a fan, but there was no air conditioning so it could be hot in the summer. The location of the room was next to the bathhouse, so it was very convenient to be able to enter the hot spring right away. This time, I purposely chose the Eco Plan to enjoy the hot spring treatment feeling, but since I was just taking a bath in the hot springs and lazing around in my room, I was quite satisfied with the Eco Plan meals. Also, if you stay for several nights, you will be served lunch, so in my case, I got Maitake Okowa. It was delicious. There seem to be two types of hot springs, but the large bathtub has just the right amount of hot water, and the smaller bathtub is hot but not unbearably hot, so I was able to soak in both comfortably. It was also nice that you could take a bath 24 hours a day. I was able to fully enjoy the hot springs for 2 nights and 3 days, and also enjoyed the outdoor baths. However, since I only have a place to rest after bathing, I have to lie down on tatami mats and futons, but my body hurts, so it would have been nice if there was a place like a rest room with a sofa or recliner where I could relax. I thought.

Used for overnight stay. I'm happy to have hot water from two sources. The smaller one was a little warmer, so we could take alternate baths. Although the food is simple, it is enough for me personally as I can stay in this price range. By the way, it's served in your room. For some people, having a room without a key and just a sliding door may be a no-no.

Approximately 7,000 yen including accommodation and two meals for hot spring treatmentI came to Hijiori for the first time in several years. Next to the upper bath, at the inn below the shrine, go to the hot spring treatment room facing the road. Summers are tough without air conditioning, but the nights are cool. It hurts that there is no screen door.Even though the meal is hot spring therapy, it's too lonely. It's not even wild vegetables or local things. No meat for dinner either. I thought it was morning and I was initially thinking of ordering drinks, but the content seemed to dampen my expectations. However, it is unclear whether there will be alcohol. Miso soup is delicious and tastes good.Same thing in the morning. I want at least a raw eggThe hot springs are definitely good. The water flows from the source with a slightly cloudy mineral taste. However, it was warmer than I expected, and the large bathtub had a lot of water added to it. Shower pressure is surprisingly weakAn elderly couple is working hard. It would be nice if it lasted a long time...

I wanted to visit Hijiori Onsen at least once before I die, and I was finally able to come.Another purpose was to visit Jizokura, a Yakushido temple built on a hanging cliff, located on the mountainside of this hot spring town.I learned that Mr. Kameya had been managing and enshrining the Yakushikura for generations, so I decided to use it this time.Personally, I love retro Showa inns and hotels, so I had high expectations. The inn was exactly what I expected.I was moved by the human kindness of the hostess, and the 24-hour hot springs really relieved my fatigue. The food was also very satisfying.I received heartfelt hospitality and have fond memories.

The building was old, but the hostess was very nice. She was not too fussy and made me feel like I was taking my time. Since there were no other customers, I was able to relax in the hot springs privately. The location is in the hot spring town of Hijiori Onsen, and you can walk to shops nearby and the morning market in the morning. There was a public bath next door, and I was able to take a bath with a free ticket. The hot spring at the hotel was reserved for private use, so that was enough, but I took the opportunity to enter.

You can stay cheaply with the hot spring treatment plan. The hot spring treatment plan only includes futons and no amenities.Lunch is included if you stay for consecutive nights. This time's lunch was fried rice and egg soup. It's a healthy dish made with wild vegetables, but the rice is delicious.Dinner includes bracken, butterbur, and homemade pickles, along with grilled fish. This time, I had salmon on the first day and grilled mackerel on the second day.Sculpin frogs were singing on the mountain behind the inn, and we enjoyed the nature of Hijiori Onsen.Reference: Quoted from the Kameya Ryokan website.Kameya is a hot spring inn where you can try two types of hot springs.``Kizuyu'' is a rare hot spring that can be accessed at our hotel and the public bath ``Kamiyu''. It is said to be effective for wounds and fractures. ``Atamariyu'' is a warm bath that keeps you warm even after you get out of the water.Instead of taking a long bath, divide your bath into several sessions and enjoy plenty of raw hot spring water.Bathing facilities Men's bath: Indoor bath Women's bath: Indoor bathBathing hours: 15:00 to 23:00, bathing starts from 6:00 in the morning.Comments This is a famous hot spring that has been used for healing the body for 1200 years.
