It's a very good inn! Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. However, the dining hall was silent and quiet... so it was a little difficult to eat. I think it would be nice to have some background music, even a little music or a radio! The grilled fish was delicious, but the sea bream that night was very cold and difficult to break up. It would have been great if it was a little warmer and softer! I'll be staying again!

It's about a 5 minute walk with children from the ferry terminal. The host will carry your luggage to your accommodation by car. It takes about 10 minutes from the inn to the beach. It would be faster if you were on a bicycle, but it might be tough because it's on a slope. The rooms are clean, and the toilets and bathrooms are well-maintained. Bath towels, toothbrushes, and yukatas are also provided. The food was delicious, using plenty of local sea ingredients, and was well seasoned. I was very satisfied with the host's attentiveness and consideration.Enjoy your summer vacation to the sounds of cicadas and sea cats.I will definitely come back next year with my family or fishing friends. thank you very much.

The day before the reservation date, there was a heavy rain warning, roads were flooded, and rivers were overflowing. When I contacted them and said that I couldn't go, they said, ``Since this was a customer's request, there will be a cancellation fee.'' The ship was canceled on that day. According to a previous review, the inn informed us that the ship might be cancelled.I wanted that kind of response from you too. Smart Island, the black-tailed gulls are also chirping...

“Where are you going to stay?” asked an island resident.“It’s my grandmother!” she replies. Then"If you're an old lady, your food must be delicious. I want to eat it again for the first time in a while."This is a restaurant that is loved by locals, as they say.Do you eat fish every day? I also heard stories from the islanders about the owner going out to sea and fishing.(I forgot the name, but I think the name of that ship is also listed at Sakata Port with a photo.)(We chose this inn for fishing purposes!)Of course, the food was delicious (there were a lot of things I had never eaten before, and there were many seasonings, so I finished the whole thing with a "wow" feeling), and my husband is interested in Yamagata's sake? They seem to have a wide variety of drinks, and they told me about a lot of delicious drinks.Oh, and including us.There were many people at various tables who didn't know how to eat crab.He gave us a lecture on how to eat neatly and spotlessly,They brought me crab miso,It was an inn where the host himself asked if he would like a second helping of rice and then came after him🦀To add more information about the inn itself,The quadruple room on the right side of the second floor is spacious and open. The bath is like a family bath, so it's probably best for two people to take a bath at a time!Very satisfied! thank you very much!

He was a very careful and kind husband.I could see the ocean and Mt. Chokai from the window of a very clean and spacious room. The seafood from the island was very delicious. However, the boiled fish had a slightly strong taste and the rice was too strong, so I ended up eating too much.

When you come to Tobishima, press Obako Ryokan❗️Good food❗️Good room❗️The owner is the best❗️I stayed on the island for about a month for work.I also stayed at a number of inns.Obako Ryokan was the most stable❗️There are no convenience stores or supermarkets on the island. He also put some ice in the cup.(Island vending machine 500 plastic bottles 180 yen)When I brought my water bottle, they filled it with water and ice!it was very helpful!Room has refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and heating❗️Long-term stay in a warm innI was able to get through it❗️Thank you for your help❗️

I received a phone call the day before my stay. Since there is a high possibility that the ship will be cancelled, I can cancel without any cancellation fee, but what should I do? However, my goal was Tobishima, so I went on board. The inn is near the pier, but they picked us up and brought our luggage by car. Check-in was also OK in the morning. The meal was mainly made with local fish and was delicious.

It is the largest inn on Tobishima. Good access from the ferry terminal. The yellow building is the landmark. I was able to enter the room even after 10am when I visited. I stayed alone in a deep Japanese-style room with 9 tatami mats. The dinner food served in the large hall on the first floor was luxurious. A bowl of snow crab, butter-grilled live abalone, grilled live turban shells, and boiled egg and octopus. There's also an amazing lineup of red shrimp, Japanese common squid, amberjack sashimi, simmered black soy and dried dogfish, rock seaweed, and mozuku. I received cold sake and hot sake from my first grandchild. The rice and miso soup at the end had minced Atka mackerel. Breakfast was also delicious with fish and seafood. The customer service of the wife and other employees was good, but the owner's attitude was not good.

The most beautiful and cleanest place on the island⭐There are many dishes, and they are all delicious! !The staff are also smiling and kind! Some people were unfriendly, but I guess they didn't mind as a whole (*´-`) The bath was like a larger version of the bath at home, with two stainless steel baths (lol), a women's bath and a men's bath. It was (^-^)As with other inns, the staff came to pick us up when the boat arrived (*´-`) and carried our luggage! It's a big help because it's heavy 😃 I ordered a drink for dinner, and when I said I don't like citrus fruits, they prepared something different (*^▽^*)

I stayed here after reading the reviews. ||This inn is located about 5 minutes walk from the port where the liner Tobishima arrives. ||As already mentioned, the menu is very rich. …
