I used it by chance at a memorial service. It's delicious. I like hot springs because they have a strong sulfur scent and feel like hot springs. That's a good thing.

I stayed here for a live performance at Yamagin Hall.I was staying with my children, and they were very attentive, especially preparing the dishes in advance. The food was light and delicious, making it easy for kids to eat! I heard that there was also a cherry picking garden, so I decided that I wanted to go cherry picking! The hot springs are just the right temperature without being too hot.Even the children were able to enjoy the soak!

The room was spacious and I was able to relax for the first time in a while. At hotels, I tend to dry my throat a lot, so I prepare some food, but I was also happy that they had prepared a pot with ice for me.The bath also had an open-air bath and was very comfortable. I don't often take baths in the morning, but I was able to take a leisurely bath in the morning as well. The plan was ``hot springs and homemade food'', but the meals were also separated into private rooms, and I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity.I like the pillow and it looks like it's available for purchase, so I'm thinking of buying it from now on.

When you step into the hot springs, you feel smooth and your skin feels good (personal impression). It's not hot and it's easy to take a bath, so I took a bath three times. The food is average. The location is a little far from the hot spring town of Kaminoyama.

I had not intended to write in detail, but I received a reply asking for the reason, so I will write about it.The content was written many years ago, so I don't think it's accurate as a current evaluation...It seems that the management has been replaced, so I am talking about the previous generation. In the evening, when there were many customers, the previous president was sitting on his back on the sofa in the lobby in front of the front desk, and was giving instructions in a very high-handed tone to a person who appeared to be a businessman. The employees were unable to say anything to the president and were bowing to the contractor. There were many customers in the lobby, and the manager felt strongly uncomfortable with such behavior in such a place, so he refrained from using the hotel after that.I don't think the person who has been replaced will do something like that, so I hope that the current evaluation will not be the same.

I often travel to Yamagata, but this is no longer a ryokan I want to book.Maybe it's because I had a good impression based on prior reviews, or maybe it's because the staff at another hotel I dealt with just before was wonderful...I was nervous about the unforeseen situation, and the man on the other end's mechanical response made me feel a little cold. When I called again, the woman who answered the call was kind. There may be differences depending on the staff.

It was a hot summer, and the air conditioner in the banquet hall was broken, so we ate while sweating. If the air conditioner in the banquet hall was broken, I wish they would have taken precautions such as allowing guests to eat in their guest rooms.Other than that I was satisfied so I would like to use it again

I went there for a memorial service. The appearance of the inn is large and impressive.I stayed there before it was rebuilt, but I haven't stayed since it was new. However, the Nakai-san was very kind and polite. The parking lot was large and I thought it would be easy to park a car.The lobby is also spacious and beautiful.I don't have any photos, but I thought the main dishes like shabu-shabu, fish dishes, and appetizers were all very delicious. We also had a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, non-alcoholic beer, and cold sake, all of which were delicious.I especially liked the cold sake.I thought it was easy to drink and would be delicious even for young people. The label said Kisaburo. The sake brewery was located in Takahata Town.I wanted to drink it again.Next time, I would like to visit Mr. Kisaburo personally, take a relaxing soak in the hot springs, and treat him to a cold drink.

When I checked in, I was the second one, so I thought it was the next one, so I went to the front...I had to wait for disinfection, and since it was Golden Week, there was no travel support. Are you still doing that? Everything in the hotel, including the rooms, is clean.Dinner was prepared in a private room.Even though I called, Nakai-san didn't come easily, which was frustrating...The food was already prepared, including the soup↓Everything tasted good, but I didn't really feel the seasonality. ↓It's a shame about the kamameshi in an area with delicious rice↓The hot springs, including the open-air bath, are small, but the open-air bath in the morning was soothing with a bamboo forest. The breakfast consisted of white rice, salmon, and everything else was delicious and nutritionally balanced. I'm satisfied. The view from the room was also good.
