I stayed for 1 night and 2 days with meals included. There is a free shuttle service from Yonezawa Station, so it was very helpful to be able to access it without a car. Advance reservations are required for one flight per day.The food had a lot of variety and was very delicious. However, I was instructed to call out to them each time I needed rice or miso soup, but it was a little difficult because it seemed difficult to do so.The bath was satisfying as it relieved my daily fatigue. The water temperature is hot, so people who don't like hot water should be careful. I felt satisfied because I could use the private bath if it was empty.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Stayed in an old room that had not been renovated. While I was sleeping, a centipede came out and bit my leg. I contacted the front desk and they immediately brought me insect bite ointment, but perhaps this is a common occurrence, and the employees didn't seem particularly surprised. It's a shame because the food was delicious.

I think they are incorporating new services while maintaining the historic inn.I'm always worried about whether it's okay to bring my kids, but he was an active 1st grade boy, and he was fine here.Even during meals, they talked to the children and shared their experiences, which made both parents and children feel at ease.Anyway, it seems that the kids will never forget the Yonezawa beef sukiyaki.I was also able to go looking for fireflies thanks to their advice. The bath is hot. Since I was alone in the open-air bath, I got a bit scared and returned to the indoor bath early.Perhaps it was because there were more than one in the bathroom, but the drainage in the washing area was poor, so I was a little concerned that when I went out, my feet were soaking in everyone's shampoo, etc.My family loves it and would like to visit again.

Hot springs are good. The hot spring water is so clean that you can drink it, but the water is so slippery that it clings to your skin, making it a very pleasant bath with a faint scent of sulfur. I feel that the quality of this hot spring is the biggest attraction of Onogawa Onsen. The food was also delicious. The plan included Yonezawa beef steak, and the beef was truly tender and delicious. The breakfast, which includes porridge cooked in the hot springs, is also perfect. The food servers also keep a close eye on the customers. When the pot of pork shabu was about to boil over, he immediately came to the table. We had told them we would arrive at 4pm, but we missed one of the buses and arrived at 5pm, but the staff was anxiously waiting outside the entrance for my wife and I to arrive. No, I'm sorry... So, there are almost no negative points. Accommodation costs are not high at all, so in terms of cost performance, this is a pretty expensive accommodation.

Although the facility is undeniably old, the quality of the spring water makes up for it.I like hot springs.

The response from all employees is the worst. In name only. On weekdays, there are several people doing this, so we throw out the trash in the small trash cans in each room, clean the toilets, and check and clean the washrooms. It's very inconvenient, so we have to bring our own trash bags and throw them away. Ta. The explanation for firefly viewing is 20 minutes, and we will guide you even if it is pitch black. However, guides and visitors disappear silently while watching fireflies. Since no one spoke to me, I arrived at the inn by relying on the light from my smartphone 📱 along the way I had come with my mother. The bathroom at the hotel was not washed and the hot water was not replaced, so the floor was extremely slippery and dirty. worst. We also have more employees on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I would like to have a large number of people at any time, not just on weekends and holidays.
