I stayed here on my trip through Japan and found everything suitable.Only the air conditioning was a bit weak. The onsen was very nice and large, the sauna was quite hot (around 95 degrees) but suitable. We didn't use the hotel for food, the location was very good (close to the station).

There is a large bath and sauna. When leaving the room, the doorknob was small and heavy, which was inconvenient.

This Obon holiday, I went to stay at a hotel with a child from the same group home. 🏨I love the fluffy and creamy scrambled eggs that are served at the hotel's ☕🍞🌄 breakfast buffet.🏨I always eat them when I stay at a hotel. I like the facilities at this hotel.

Bathtub, toilet hair. What do you do when you fill up the bathtub with hot water? Rough? You haven't washed it well. There seems to be an observation bath in the annex, but it's a private room...it's a hotel. There are no electrical outlets near the bed in the room. I carry an extension cord with me, but it doesn't reach me. The room is dark overall. The refrigerator doesn't get cold. This is expensive, right?

It's conveniently located in front of the station, with plenty of parking space. The front desk staff is slow to respond,The roof of the open-air bath on the 10th floor is open.It is true that it is an open-air hot spring, but there are no explanations about the quality of the natural hot springs, and the window glass etc.It was old, dirty and didn't have a good atmosphere.I regret that I should have taken a bath in my room.Although it is the hottest time of August,Even when I put drinks in the refrigerator in the room, it didn't get cold at all, and even though the air conditioner was at a strong 18 degrees, there was no wind, so it was hot, so I guess the air conditioner was broken, which made me very uncomfortable. The view from the window from the 8th floor was only in front of Tsuruoka Station, probably because we arrived at night and left early in the morning.I only saw a freight train pass once, which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was delicious with both Japanese and Western food, including local cuisine such as barley rice and Yukiwakamaru rice.

I thought the public bath was a little hot. It's on the 10th floor, so the view is nice, and the changing room is spacious and easy to use. The hair dryer is also good with a strong air flow.I stayed alone. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet.Since it's near the station, there are many restaurants within a short walk. I stayed overnight without meals, but it was more than enough.
