When my family requested that the souvenirs they bought at this inn and on their trip be delivered, they arrived in just a paper bag with some cushioning material inside. It was my fault for not checking in advance, but almost all of the souvenirs arrived in smashed boxes or with the juices seeping out, making it impossible to give them to anyone. It's a shame because the food and service were excellent.

When you go to JR Kamiyama Onsen Station (かみのやま热热駅), you can contact the hotel and ask them to come to the station to take you to Arimakan. The hotel's head chef is very confident in their Osechi Ryōri (Osechi Ryōri). At the same time, the wagyu steak is also quite good. My family likes the independent dining environment very much. There are many choices in Daikiri Onsen, which is very suitable for families with children. You can contact the hotel to pick you up at JR Kaminoyama Onsen Station and take you to Arimakan. It was a very nice stay. The front desk staff was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. There are 2 types of large public baths and 5 types of private hot springs, as well as a bedrock bath, an open-air bath, and a bedrock sauna, so we didn't have enough time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very satisfying. The person who came to lay out his futon after dinner was very personable and I thought it was a really nice inn. The private open-air bath also had a great view and relieved all my fatigue. I would like to stay again.

We ate in the room and slept on a futon in the same place. In the morning, have your futon raised and have breakfast in the same place.I felt nostalgic for the service of traditional Japanese inns. The hot springs were hot, but there were benches in the open-air bath on the rooftop, so I was able to cool off and soak in the bath slowly.I ordered a smaller course for my meal, but I was able to get a second helping of rice and was quite satisfied.Bathroom and toilet are separateIn addition to the regular faucet, there was another faucet in the bathroom to make it easier to supply water to the pot.Although the staff was from a foreign country, they were able to properly explain the meals.Even though the service is time-consuming, I was able to book through the website and stay for less than 20,000 yen per person per night, which gave me great value for money.

Although there were many foreign staff, they all served customers courteously. I stayed there during the coronavirus pandemic, so I was very satisfied with the luxurious meals I had in my room. Pamukkale bath was fun. The room had a fresh design with tatami mats and a bed, which was unexpectedly comfortable and nice.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The Tensei no Yu private bath was spacious and relaxing. The public bath was also reserved for private use when I took a bath, probably because of the time of day.
