This hotel is often used when visiting Miyakojima.It's not spacious enough to relax, but if your only purpose is to sleep, there's no problem.The hotel is near Miyakojima's entertainment district, so it's very convenient to be able to walk back to the hotel after your meal.Breakfast includes bread, coffee, and boiled eggs free of charge for guests, which is very helpful.Since it is a long-established hotel, the building and rooms are undeniably old, but other than that I don't really care.Parking is free, and there are parking spaces in front of the building and one building across the street, but parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.When driving to the hotel, please be careful as you have to pass through a narrow alley.

Although it has the appearance and interior of a so-called old-fashioned business hotel, there may still be more demand from tourists in Miyakojima, where there are no major national business hotel chains.The hotel is located about a 2-minute walk from the public market, and there are two bus stops on different routes nearby (in front of the public market and on Ichiba-dori), making it a very convenient location.It's located in a narrow back alley lined with questionable snack bars and karaoke bars that are hidden behind aluminum doors, but unless you're out and about every night, you won't notice much noise. On the other hand, the location is recommended for those who want to wander around Miyakojima's deep spots every night. The famous island oden shop is also a 1-minute walk away.The room is simple and sufficient for your needs.Each guest brings their own yukata and amenities from the shelf in front of the front desk. Only the hair dryer is already placed in the room.The kettle is placed next to the microwave on the first floor, and each person brings it to their room. However, the number is limited, so first come, first served.By the way, if you stay for consecutive nights, your room will be cleaned and sheets changed once every 4 days, and towels changed once every 2 days.Regarding Wi-Fi, which has been a long-standing issue, it seems that it was previously only available in the lobby on the first floor, but now it is available not only in the lobby but also in each room on each floor (Wi-Fi is relayed from the lobby to each floor). 6 compatible).Due to bandwidth constraints, the speed is a little slow during busy times such as at night, but it is still usable for anything other than watching videos.By the way, there are only 12 smoking rooms on the second floor.Even if you request a smoking room in advance, a smoking room is not guaranteed at the time of reservation, and actual operation is on a first-come, first-served basis based on check-in time on the day.Therefore, if you check in late, the smoking room is already full and you will be assigned a non-smoking room, so smokers should be careful.If you absolutely want a smoking room, we recommend checking in early (check-in starts at 2pm).Please note that smoking is currently prohibited in the lobby, and an ashtray is placed outside next to the hotel entrance.The complimentary breakfast (7:00-9:00) is literally just "bread and coffee" as stated in the hotel's introduction, but it actually includes boiled eggs (one per person) and instant miso soup. It was fulfilling. However, there are no vegetable salads, so if you need them, it's best to buy them at the supermarket the day before.Some people may find the reception at the front desk to be curt, but people in Miyako are always like that. If you actively try to get into someone's pocket, they will be very kind to you.Prices of hotels on Miyakojima are soaring across the board, but our hotel maintains extremely reasonable prices at 5,000 yen including tax for a single night (as of May 2024) regardless of the day of the week if booked directly.I would like to support long-established local hotels like this nationwide.

I was able to sleep soundly. I thought it would just be bread and coffee for breakfast, but I was grateful that they also had boiled eggs. (From 7:00 to 9:00.)When I stayed at a hotel on Irabu Island on the way, they took care of my suitcase, which was very helpful.The location is very good; if you take the limousine bus from the airport and get off at Ichiba-dori bus stop, you can get there in just 1 minute on foot.There are also many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you can enjoy walking around the city at night.If I ever travel to Miyakojima again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

WiFi cannot be used in the room. It seems that towels and duvet covers are changed once every two days. I want you to change it every day.
