The facility was clean and the toilet and bath were separate. There are shutters on the stairs to keep children out of harm's way, and the balcony with access to the pool has two locks, which was helpful for families with children. We would also like to thank the staff for being flexible enough to accommodate other requests.

I used it with my family during summer vacation.It's a two-story building, so I felt like I was at home. The room was large, the bath was large, and the pool was large enough for a family.

I used it with my family. Since my child is an elementary school student, we had a relaxing time playing in the pool in our room. One night was perfect for my child who loves pools. (Maybe you'll get bored after two nights?)I couldn't hear the voices next door, so I was able to relax.

The interior and exterior were very clean, the equipment was new, and the pool was comfortable and satisfying.One area that could be improved is that I didn't know how to turn off the lights in the outside pool and wanted someone to tell me, and the drain in the outside sink was clogged...I didn't have pajamas, so please bring your own.

I'll be honest.I am speaking from my experience of staying at various other villas on Miyakojima.It's new, so it's clean, butThe building itself is very cheaply constructed.Also, the kitchen is outside, soSince cooking something will inevitably be done outside,The voices from the neighbors are very annoying.Due to the close quarters of the house, I could hear all the conversations from the neighbors in front of me, and it was so annoying that I couldn't sleep until late at night.That's the number one problem.There is a pool, the bath is spacious, and we are particular about the details.I had a lot of pride in the ceiling fan on the ceiling, so I didn't use it.The man at the front desk was always kind.Will not be visiting again.

Used by 6 people including my family and friends.Pool and BBQ next to the poolThe children were also very satisfied and enjoyed it.Location is also close to the airportI'm glad it's in the center of town, so it's easy to go anywhere.The purpose was to have a small child and only have one room.I enjoyed the sea and the room in Miyakojima for the first time in 6 years.I would like to use this place again next year.

The rooms come with a private pool, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. An IH cooking heater and tableware and cooking utensils for the number of people are also provided.There were TVs in the living space and two bedrooms. The TV in the living room doesn't have a mirroring function, so we can't all see the photos we took during our trip.There are two sinks, so you can easily get ready before going out. As for amenities, two bath towels are provided per person from the beginning, and you can use them separately for the pool and bath, or take them to the beach. Two doses of detergent were also included (you can get extra even if you stay for consecutive nights).There is a lounge in the front office where soft drinks are served and you can also buy ice cream for a fee. There is a Coca-Cola vending machine on the premises.LOGOS also lends out barbecue stoves for free, so you can go to the nearby Max Value (🚗 approx. 5 minutes) or Shima no Eki (🚗 approx. 10 minutes) to buy ingredients and enjoy barbecuing, but the knives are rusty and the blades are sharp. If possible, I try not to use a knife because I was using it for cooking, and the IH cooking heater was weak even at its maximum heat power of 1400W.Because it is rich in nature, there are many insects (especially ants). Since it is located in a quiet residential area, there are no streetlights, although there are some, but the stars can be seen very clearly. It's a 15 minute drive from Miyako Airport, and the downtown area isn't too far away, and Donki and Shima no Eki Miyako are both about 10 minutes away by car, so I think it's convenient.We stayed in the villa with 6 people from 3 generations, and it was a relaxing stay. The pool wasn't big enough to swim in, but the kids (5th grade and 2nd grade) had plenty of fun.I stayed for 2 nights, but I think they provided towels and cleaned the room if I requested.Overall, I was satisfied with my stay for 2 nights and 3 days, so I would like to use it again next year.

There was trash in the trash can that appeared to belong to the previous guest. There are ants on the balcony and insects in the room. I thought there was nothing I could do about it since it was in the middle of nature, but when I opened the water heater, there were insects inside and I couldn't stand it anymore. Cleaning is not thorough at all, and no pest control measures are taken. It's terrible because it costs a reasonable amount of money. At the very end, there was a cockroach on the cup in the bathroom. . . This is the first time it's been this bad. I will never go there again. Even after using the washer/dryer for 3 hours, it still doesn't dry at all. It was the worst. I would like to request a refund.

The location was very good, close to Miyako Airport, with convenience stores and Don Quijote nearby.However, the road in front of the hotel entrance is narrow, surrounded by fields and residential areas, so you can't expect a great location.Unfortunately, the timing of our stay was right at the time of the typhoon, and we were only able to go into the pool once due to the rain and wind.When I checked in, the young man at the front desk flatly told me, ``Due to the typhoon, we can't lend you the BBQ stove.'' I felt a sense of disbelief, wishing he had thought a little better about what he said.It can't be helped that we can't have a BBQ because of the rain, so I asked if I could cook food inside the room using the IH stove in the room, but I was told that they couldn't cook inside the room, so I had to do it outside. When I told them that I couldn't cook at Chugai, they told me to buy a bento box instead, which was disappointing.I thought it would have been better if they had told me this before checking in, since I had already bought the ingredients.But that staff's boss? LikeThe uncle kindly told me that since I couldn't go to the restaurant outside due to the typhoon, I could have the meal cooked in my room this time, which was nice.This gentleman treated me very politely during my stay, so I would rate the service 4 stars.However, I definitely wouldn't be able to give it 4 stars if the uncle wasn't there.When I checked out, Miyakojima was hit by a typhoon and all flights were canceled, but when I went to return the key to the front desk, the staff collected it from the front desk and told me to be careful. I did.I thought it would have been nice to have a word of advice about extending the stay.This one young male staff gave me a bad impression.Although the room and other staff were very nice, I felt a little disappointed.
