We stayed in a renovated building with a swimming pool. It had a private pool that was open 24 hours a day, so it was great to be able to relax in the pool at night or wake up without worrying about other people. The room was in a renovated building, so some of it was old, but it was clean and comfortable.It can't be helped that there are a lot of insects, but I was surprised when I saw a spider on the terrace that was bigger than a human face, which I had never seen before inland. Insecticides and nets were prepared in the room, but I was scared and wanted to ask the staff for help, so I kept calling the front desk over and over again, but no one answered. It was a shame. (I called the phone number for inquiries during my stay, which was explained to me at check-in, during the business hours.) In the end, my husband did his best and killed it, but it was inconvenient not to be able to get through to the front desk, and I thought about it in case of an emergency. I felt anxious. It would be a great accommodation if only that area could be improved.

I stayed in K building.We had a very comfortable stay as dishes and a washing machine were always provided!The pool can also be lit up at night!

Stayed in Building C. Excellent cost performance. Three people stayed for four consecutive nights for less than 80,000 yen. So, I thought the rooms and equipment were old, but they were actually new and clean. I looked at several hotels before deciding on this one, but even though they cost twice as much, they all had unpopular reviews, such as being damp. The place is clean and the cooking utensils are well organized. (I gave the photo of the room to someone else, but took a photo of the cooking utensils, etc.) I will use it again when I come to Miyakojima next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa A.Villa A is the biggest villa in Crystal Villa Imgya, with a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 single king size bedroom), 2 shower/baths/toilet/washing machines, a balcony showing a wonderful view, and many other rooms.Big thanks to the receptionist (on 29th Feb) for accommodating us and making sure that we have had a wonderful time during our stay. He did an amazing job in taking care of us. I would give him a bonus if I was the manager of the resort.The experience was amazing and we wished we could have stayed there longer.

I stayed in the N building in January 2024.When driving into the premises, the road was very narrow, so it might be difficult if you have a large car.The sea could be seen beautifully from the room.I could see the ocean from the bath, but I was reluctant to open the window and enter as it was completely visible from the outside.The kitchen had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and was stocked with frying pans, pots, cutlery, plates, etc. Please note that there are no seasonings provided.The water, Sanpin tea, and Orion beer in the refrigerator were welcome drinks, so I was allowed to drink them as I liked.All amenities were available. (In addition to basic items such as toothbrushes and combs, there were also cleansers, lotions, emulsions, and face packs that you would find at a hot spring.)There were plenty of towels, bath towels, and face towels, as well as pajamas, although they were thin.There were some old spots, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Stayed in M building. To be honest, I can't use the jacuzzi, so I think it would have been better to stay in the N building. In the N building, the bath looked like it had an ocean view.It's a renovated room, so although it is a bit old in places, it has been renovated in a very nice and clean manner. Personally, it was very good. My bedroom is on the second floor, and the morning sun was shining through, making me feel really excited.I had asked for towel art, and the setting was really nice, and I was overjoyed. thank you very much.Amenities were available, and the hair dryer was strong and good.It's far from the downtown area, and it costs about 5,000 yen one way with a driver. I think it would be better to just use the kitchen and cook.However...the hotel front desk staff (young woman) was so rude that I felt sad. ``I told you earlier...'' ``(Without answering my question) I had a manual in my room, please take a look at it,'' she said curtly, which made me feel uncomfortable. It would have been fine if it had been crowded, but since I was the only one there... I was surprised at the gap between the Instagram posts and the e-mail exchanges before that, as they were very polite.

Thank you for staying with us for 3 nights during summer vacation.It's one of the cheaper ones with a private pool, so I didn't have high expectations for the rooms or service.Since we have children, the 24-hour pool was very useful!There's also plenty of space by the pool, so parents can relax and drink! !The refrigerator is also large so you can stock up!I think it would have been nice to have at least a twin bed, as there were a lot of families.Overall, it was enough for this price and a private pool during the busy season.
