The B&B is located in a residential area, with everything you need for daily life. It can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes from Nimman Road and the ancient city. It is also very close to the famous curry noodles, coffee shops, and a Michelin restaurant. The owner of the B&B, Mr.A, is a lovely and enthusiastic man. He is very friendly and caring about his guests. Tea, coffee and a lot of bananas are prepared in the lobby. There is also a huge amount of water in the room. It can be seen that he is a very generous person. In the evening, Mr.A also cooked desserts for everyone to eat. Mr.A's sister is a very talkative and elegant sister. The family sincerely hopes that the guests who stay here can feel at home. The whole house, including the rooms, is very spacious. It is a very comfortable B&B. It is recommended to people who want to feel the warmth of home in a foreign landððð

The owner and family are the most lovely people ever. We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything there is so incredibly beautiful. Itâs the perfect blend between a hotel and a home. The artwork everywhere really makes the place feel peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend to stay here. An unforgettable stay.

I cannot emphasise enough how much of a wonderful place Saeng Panya is. The space just has a magic about it, and it's all by design, from the happiest and most peaceful man I have encountered in the whole of South-East Asia.The interior is a mix of beautiful paintings, exposed brick, warm lighting, with unbelievably comfortable beds, varnished wood floors, and the distant hum of exotic bird noises outside.Location is slap-bang-whallop centre of everything you need. Nature, convenience stores, local gem restaurants, laundromats.Honestly, I have given such high praise. But I truly mean it. Saeng Panya felt like my home, and my trip to Chiang Mai wouldn't have been the same without it.

I highly recommend this place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are lovely and packed with character, plus the shower and beds are the best Iâve experienced; I need to purchase them for my own house. In addition, Mr A., the owner, is a lovely man, he will make your stay very accommodating.

I felt a sense of intimacy during the 15 days I stayed there, as if I was staying at a homestay.This is the place.My boss was watching TV every evening and he ran into me and asked me, âWhat did you do today?âThey used to give me daily greetings and ask me how I was doing.Also, if it is difficult to reserve a taxi or you are not sure about the schedule, ask for a localHe diligently gave me advice, and on the day I left for Pai, I went all the way to the terminal.I even took you there,I've traveled to so many countries and cities over the past 10 years, and I've never been to a place that was this warm.I donât think there was one.I really recommend it!However, for couples who want to spend some private time, please visit the 24-hour counter.If you are looking for accommodation that takes care of your needs, look no further than here.go!If you are traveling for a long period of time here, you can blend in with the local culture in the middle of Santitham.For those who want to use it as a base while touring the outskirts of Chiang Mai.I recommend it.

The best thing about this place is the service. Snacks, food and drinks. The host has your back covered. We forgot something and he shipped it to us to our home in Bangkok with a nice surprise, free of charge. Once I needed to make a phone call and he let me use his personal phone. Everything is with a smile and his English is very good. Thanks Mr A for hosting us!
