Totally worth it! Clean room, good view, best location if you're new in Chiang Mai or have few days, and very nice hostess. Been there a couple of years, keep recommending to friends and everyone absolutely love it.

The room is not soundproof. Hear sounds in both the side room and the room above. If you want a quiet place to stay, this place is not suitable.

A place where guesthouses are gathered. The accommodation we stayed at is at the end of the alley. The hot water didn't come out, but I think it was because I didn't know how to operate it. There were some ants, but not many. However, the bathroom had a bit of a smell. It was originally on the 3rd floor, but since there were no stairs, I asked if I could change it to the 2nd floor, and they did. The manager was a kind person. It was a room with one large bed and one small bed, and the price was 30,000 won.

Since I arrived at night, I booked a cheap place just to sleep.It's a bit uncomfortable because you have to take off your shoes to enter, but overall it's clean.I didn't see any bugs except for a few ants in the bathroom, but it looked like a wheel was going to come out, so I felt anxious while sleeping.Like other reviews, the bedding is a bit uncomfortable and the water quality is poor.The shower filter turns yellow in real time.And the soundproofing is the worst.Pray that there is someone in the room next door who is not noisy.Staff do not speak English well and are not friendly

The room was very quiet but with an extremely rock hard bed that was very uncomfortable. I like a hard bed, but this was just awful. The staff were unhelpful and hard to communicate with. Unless you want to sleep on a rock like bed, avoid this hostel!.

It's very cheap and the price is very affordable, but the room has a lot of mosquitoes for some reason. We stayed in a room without windows and it didn't feel that good. In this area, walk a few minutes to the left and you'll find a small night market with delicious vendors and a 7-11.

Great location. For the price the room was great. It has everything you need. Only the shower is a bad design because when you shower, the entire bathroom floods. We found it a bit annoying but actually not that bad. The staff was very friendly and we were able to have our clothes washed for little money.

This is a pretty cool, little hotel. I guess it was recently renovated or fairly new, because the inside of the hotel looks great and it has a distinct feel. Probably one of the coolest places I stayed at in a while. And the location is also pretty convenient.
