I stayed in the new building and the room was very clean.I requested a high floor facing the sea, and was given a room on the 8th floor facing the sea, and I could see the sun setting over Irabu Island from the window. When you go up to the roof, you can see 360 degrees of your surroundings. At the reception desk, you will be issued a paper sheet with the room password written on it using a tablet, and you will enter it to enter the room. The only amenities provided are shampoo, towels, and toothbrushes, and you must bring the rest by yourself from the front desk. The slippers in the room (a little small for an adult male) are also available at the front desk. It's a shower space system without a bathtub, but it was nice that it was separate from the toilet. The problem is parking. There are 12 spaces, but they are full at first. You can make a reservation on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 11:00 a.m., the check-out time, but you have to go directly to the front desk and they won't accept reservations over the phone, so if you're going out in the morning for work, you won't be able to use the parking lot. There is a coin parking lot a few minutes walk away that costs around 1,000 yen per night, but the surrounding area is one-way and cars cannot drive freely, so it was difficult to find the parking lot and I ended up driving around in circles. Also, the cheapest municipal parking lot was pretty full. (Although the rotation seemed good)It's a downtown area with convenience stores and souvenir shops right next to it, so it's convenient in many ways, but the fact that there are a lot of people passing by even late at night may be a matter of personal preference.

This hotel is located in the middle of Miyakojima's entertainment district and has the best location. The room was new and clean and I had no complaints at all. The room key was a PIN code system, so it was convenient that I didn't have to carry a key or card around. Since I didn't rent a car for this stay, I asked for a free airport shuttle, and the person who took care of both my round trip was very nice. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

This hotel is located near the downtown area. The hotel is located near a pub, so it's very accessible and you won't have any trouble walking around drinking. After entering the necessary information on the touch panel, you will receive your room number and password on the receipt. The room I stayed in was 15 square meters, and it felt small for two people because there wasn't enough foothold.Worst of all, the lighting in the room is dark, making it difficult to work. The equipment as a whole is old, it is difficult to control the shower temperature in the bathtub, and even if you store water in the bathtub, there is no stopper, so it will overflow unless you look at it till the end.For now, I recommend it to those who just need easy access to meals and a good place to sleep.9,400 yen for two people staying on Friday is reasonable.I stayed in the old building.I think the new building is beautiful.

I’m an ice lover so I’m looking forward to being able to eat ice.I went, hahaha, but I actually had to place an order. The sad truth is that you can't even drink welcome beer ㅠㅠWill it disappear as soon as I take it out at 3 o'clock?Other than that, it's the best accommodation nearby.

The location and customer service are perfect. The room had a good view, but it was dark. The light switches are also difficult to find and inconvenient. However, I had a good impression of the customer service, so I gave this rating.

I booked a twin room for about 100,000 won per night, including breakfast. First of all, the location is great, so it's easy to walk to restaurants, bus stops, etc., and small cans of Asahi beer, coffee, donuts, water, etc. are available for guests on the first floor, so it's great for stopping by to grab a bite. There is also a coin laundry so you can play in the water and wash wet clothes. Lockers are available for free, making it easy to store your luggage after checking out.Room cleaning is not provided every day, but the day after our stay, we put new towels in a plastic bag and hung them on the door, so there was no particular inconvenience. All staff are friendly. Some people say that parking is inconvenient, but I rented a car in the morning and returned it in the evening, so I didn't use the parking lot. It's not luxurious, but I think it's the best value for money at this location and breakfast is included.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. I knew it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it didn't even have the bare minimum of services (clean rooms, hot showers, non-discriminatory treatment).① On the first and second nights, the water pressure in the shower was very weak and the hot water stopped midway through. There was no telephone service to the hotel front desk, LINE chat support was not available 24 hours a day, and on the first night I was unable to contact the hotel because it was late at night and the LINE service was displayed as being outside of service hours. On the second night, there was no hot water again, so I contacted the hotel, but they didn't reply right away, so I had to wait without hot water for the whole time.②There were dry contact lenses that did not belong to us on the shelf above the bed. That shelf was also collecting dust and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was told that basic cleaning is not included if you are staying for less than 4 days, but I was so disgusted that I asked for cleaning. However, the only thing that was cleaned was the shelf and the trash, and no other parts were cleaned.③An elderly man wearing glasses who was at the front desk from the night of August 17th (Saturday) to the morning of August 18th (Sunday) was discriminatory towards my Korean friend. At breakfast, I told them my room number and my name as the person making the reservation, and went to put my luggage at my seat first. When my friend, who was late, told the elderly male staff member the room number and my name in Japanese, the man looked suspicious, asked me again and again, and did not process the procedure right away. (There's no way I couldn't understand my friend's Japanese at an advanced level.) I told him my room number and name again, and he started the process with a wry smile on his face. I could easily find out that I wasn't the only one staying in the room, but I didn't understand why they didn't go through the formalities with my Korean friend. At the end, when my friend made a mistake and tried to put the tray back in without throwing it away, the way he said it was very rude.④On the night of August 18th (Sunday), the response from the man in his 40s to 50s who was at the front desk was unpleasant. Even after the drying was finished, other customers' laundry was still in the dryer, and there was no space in the other dryers, so I informed the man about the situation. When we were in the same situation the previous day, a young female staff member put the items in the dryer in a basket, but the male staff member only handed us the basket and asked us to come to the washing machine. Because there wasn't one, we had to put a stranger's laundry (including underwear) in the dryer into the basket ourselves, which was very unpleasant.⑤ When we finally checked out, we checked under the bed to see if we had forgotten anything, and there were used slippers that didn't belong to us, things like fruit, and a lot of dust, which we had never cleaned. , it was very disgusting. I don't think it's possible that you're in a hotel and there's a few centimeters of space between the beds and they haven't been cleaned at all. When I complained to the hotel and asked for a refund, they said they would provide breakfast service and free parking the next time I booked, but since I will never stay at a hotel like this again, it was a completely pointless response. did. There are a lot of complaints in the reviews on Google, and they seem to reply to every complaint by saying, "We'll fix it," but another person's review also said that dry contact lenses were left in the room. Looking at certain areas, I don't think there has been any improvement.I never thought I would feel this way during a fun trip. If I had looked at the reviews on Google before booking, I definitely would not have chosen this hotel, so I regret it.

Located in the downtown area, the location is good. However, there are only a few parking spaces and it's first come, first served. If the parking lot is full, you will have to look for a nearby coin parking lot, which can be a hassle as the fees are high. (According to other people's reviews, it seems that it was full for some reason even when I checked in at 2pm)The first problem is the guest room, which is dark from the moment you enter and only has indirect lighting. Also, I was surprised that it was the least clean room I've ever stayed at.It seems like the cleaning is not done properly. I would normally check for tissues when cleaning, but the tissue was left empty. Maybe the person in front of you hasn't cleaned it yet?The water area was the worst. There was a lot of limescale, and the bus smelled like sewage, so I had to hold my breath as I went. The next day I changed my plans and hurriedly checked out.I went with a certain level of determination, but I won't be repeating.

It's relatively new and has a clean feel overall. The rooms are also larger than business hotels. The location is great for nightlife and only a few seconds walk from convenience stores and pubs.Personally, I recommend staying at this hotel for 1-2 nights, enjoying Shimauta Izakaya, sightseeing around the city, and then staying at a resort hotel to enjoy a different experience.
