Although the rooms are small, there are probably some. However, the customer service doesn't feel friendly, and even with a map, it's very difficult to find the entrance because the rooms are not in one building. There is parking for 4 cars in the building with 6 rooms, but I'm worried that there won't be a place if I go somewhere.It is a system where you wash towels directly without changing them, and the room and bathroom are clean.

6 people from 3 households stayed here for 4 nights in August. It was a villa type so I was able to use it like a home. There was no smell or noise and it was comfortable. It's helpful to be able to wash clothes every day and dry them in the bathroom dryer. At first, the bathroom dryer wouldn't start, but they took care of it right away and got it back up and running. There are also many hangers with pinch attachments and hangers for clothes, which are very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable as you can spread out your luggage. The bathroom also has a washing area, so you can also take a bath.The location was good and it was convenient to go out. I also used the breakfast garden every day, and it was delicious and I never got tired of it because I could choose my main dish. I would like to use it again next time.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel information says ① that the hotel has full facilities, but the towels are two bath towels and two face towels, and they ask that you wash them after use. Is there only two detergents and a washing machine in the room so that guests can wash their towels? I can't even wash my own things with this. Even though I stayed for 3 nights, there was only one pack of cotton swabs and other amenities. Where is it fulfilling? I would like you to at least prepare for your stay. Beach towels can also be rented for a fee. The most troublesome thing was the shower. The shower head was clogged and only half of the hot water came out. When I turned on the faucet, it hit my skin with such force that it hurt. Afterwards, as mentioned in the comments of other people, there were times when the bath water turned into water, so I had no choice but to pour the hot water that had been stored in the bath over the bath. The faucet in the bathroom was also clogged and only a straight line of water came out even when I switched to the shower. I'm sure you'll notice something like this when cleaning a room, but I think it's best to give proper guidance to the contractor. I especially thought the shower head was terrible. There was a QR code on the key case to request a survey after staying, but I was asked to return the entire case, so I couldn't complete the survey...If your room is on the second floor, it may be difficult to lift and lower your luggage. I felt that there was not enough information in advance.

There's nothing there, but there's no strange interference and I can calm down. The employees are very sincere and will rush to help if something happens. Even if there is a problem, the response is one that is highly appreciated and makes you naturally want to say thank you rather than get angry. Although it doesn't have any of the services you would expect from a luxury hotel, it is a very nice and relaxing place to stay.

Good to have a washer and dryerI was very disappointed that they did not change the time to pick me up at the airport.Still, he was kind. He even called me directly to make a restaurant reservation.For your information, restaurants don't answer if you call from a Korean phone, but if you call a local, they will answer.

Our first time in Miyakojima. Our group was : 2 grandparents, 2 parents and our 4 year old son, for a total of 5 heads. We stayed in the Malibu Villa for 4 nights, to start off our vacation together. The villa (one single family home) was brand new! The bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are like big twin beds.. tall enough even hubby 6ft. The air conditioners work really well. There were two swings in the living room that our little guy loved swinging in. Nice little touch!Breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the guest service center. You will be in good hands, staying here. The Palm Springs Miyakojima Villa Resort staff are extremely competent. I think this hotel is really nice and it is geared towards Westerners like Europeans and No Americans looking for a comfortable stay, with authentic Japanese style bathroom. Plus a stand up shower booth.
