Definitely not recommended for people who don't like insects.Several reed spiders (4 individuals were confirmed) appeared inside the building. The Ashidaka spider is a spider that is the size of an adult's palm and is a beneficial insect that is said to mainly like G. However, they look disgusting, like tarantulas, so it's very difficult to ignore them and live your life. There wasn't just one spider, but several, so I called the manager (landline and cell phone) several times, but he didn't answer my calls, and I didn't get a call back the next day. This time it wasn't an emergency, but I wonder if they won't come even if it's an emergency (no hot water, no electricity, sudden illness or injury, etc.)? I was worried when I thought about it. Fortunately, there were no emergencies, so I wasn't able to rely on them. There is a BBQ stove, so you can use it freely, and I thought it would be good for a large group of people. The parking lot is large, so it is possible to park two cars. However, the road from the public road to this building was so narrow that it was just barely wide enough for a car with a 5 number plate. I think this would be difficult for large vehicles (3 number plate etc.) as there is a risk of wheels falling off.The building is quite old and is showing signs of deterioration. I didn't think it was clean in terms of hygiene. The kitchen sink also seemed to be connected directly to the sewer (no trap?), so it was starting to smell a bit. The room has a gap under the door, so noise leaks into the hallway.I was really looking forward to the trip, but I couldn't sleep because of the spiders, so it turned out to be a very disappointing trip.

It is used by HafH.The bedrooms are comfortable and quite gorgeous inside, though.I was wondering if it can't be helped since it seems to be operated as a shared house.I was concerned about the cleanliness of the water area and the shabby feeling of the sink and drainer. However, I think it's perfect for a fairly large household, and Shirahama School Building seems to be better for a small number of people.

This is an accommodation facility operated by Shirahama School Building, a facility that utilizes an abandoned mine in Minamiboso. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Shirahama School Building towards the sea.It looks like a vacant villa is being used as is, and the facilities are luxurious. It's about a 5 minute walk to the sea, the terrace and living space are large, and you can use the laundry and kitchen, so it was a great value for money. However, it is more like a shared house, so the dining room, showers, and toilets are shared. Guests stay in guest rooms on the second floor.*Some rooms also have showers. There appear to be 3 guest rooms and 2 rental rooms. When I stayed there, there were no other guests, so I had the whole building reserved for myself, but if a group of guests makes noise until late at night, I might not be able to sleep at night. The door to the guest room has a lot of gaps, so the sound can be heard through it.Also, toothpaste is not provided for each person and must be shared. This is really unsanitary, so I bought it at a nearby 7-Eleven.Please prepare toothpaste...
