Obsolete rooms, there is no hot water, they charged us more for the air conditioning and there was no air conditioning on all the days we were there, there was no paper in the bathroom, the towels were not changed or cleaned in 15 days the only thing that highlights a wonderful place with wonderful people but the facilities like the owner leave a lot to be desired

Clean hotel, nice for relaxing, close to other tourist attractions, especially to the beach, just walk 2 minutes to get a quiet beach for soaking, safe for those who can't swim, next time I want to stay again, don't change your WA number. Oh yes, we also lend electric bicycles for traveling and the important thing is that the prices are very affordable 😁, fast response for admins 👍👍

One week ago I came here. Honestly, the villa is very quiet and very comfortable. The guys on guard (who are still young) are also very helpful. What is very unfortunate is that the room is very hot. I understand that the electricity supply is not the responsibility of the villa, but it would be best if the AC was replaced or maintained. Rooms also need good ventilation. At least if the electricity is bad, the air conditioning is still good. Even though the villa is very nice. Hopefully it will be fixed next time.

Update :Back to Batu Besar to see the turtles. Again a great weekend with a lot of turtle sights and releases of the hatshlings in the Turtle conservation center. As well beautiful hikes at the beach and through the forrest, impressive waterfalls and lookouts (with guide of the hotel). Food is now very delicious and if you have special requests ask the staff. After 2 years the Telcomsel signal becomes very good (SIM card needed).We did a GoWild trip to the Sukabumi area.The Batu Besar Surf and Turtle Hotel is clean, cosy, simple and in walk distance to the Beach. AC runs well.To see the Turtles coming to lay their eggs (always guarded by the guys of the conservation center) it's amazing.The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.No WLAN and weak Telkomsel signal.Offered food tasting good but would be great if it had more variaty (specialy breakfast). We will come back.

What a gem! I borrowed their electric bike to scoot down to the beach to see the surf and turtles which was only a short walk and the place has a beautiful vista overlooking the fields of chilli plus has a pool. I also recommend the filtered coffee at Doris’ cafe down at the surf break!

Had a wonderful stay . Enjoyed Doris’s cafe for breakfast, saw turtle hatchlings being released at sunset and turtles laying eggs in the early morning . Went to the fish markets which was interesting. Also did a great walk up the coastline. Pool was fabulous and enjoyed table tennis too !

The hotel/lodging is not good, the electricity is not clear.The other house was already on, only this inn said the electricity was still out so they used a generator.gvlkkThe AC doesn't turn on, the fan turns off. Small water.. loll

Bad experience haha. Please improve the service, especially in terms of electricity supply, you have paid quite a high fee but to supply electricity you have to use a generator. The room floor was also uneven, so there were ceramic shards which injured my colleague. And please communicate what time the shared item (refrigerator) is closed, so we can remove the food ingredients that want to be processed before the refrigerator is locked.

For a 3 star hotel, compared to 3 star hotels in other places with the same price, this hotel's service is much lower, of all the 7 rooms rented, all the AC doesn't work and has been replaced with a fan, the electricity is unstable, the tap water is dead, no includes breakfast, and does not include drinking water, in conditions like this the price is too expensive

The place is very clean, good for people who don't like crowds, there is a clean swimming pool!! And easy access on foot to see the turtle hatchery and turtle release and there are bicycle rentals where you can go by bicycle. It's a lovely place for a holiday with your family, partner, and friends!!❤️❤️🤗

For those who want to have a different experience when with family or a group of friends.The hotel is located quite far from the beach, so the sound of the waves roaring cannot be heard.The atmosphere of the accommodation is a little less comfortable. Because facilities are lacking.Payment can only be made. Transfer.When staying overnight, many were with foreign tourists. Indeed, this place is famous for its foreign accommodation.The rooms are nice, the AC is lacking because the voltage in this area fluctuates. The swimming pool is quite clean. Parking is good, even though there is no door. But someone is on guard.

The bed is nice and spacious, the bathroom is nice too. But unfortunately, even though the room uses AC and a fan, it still doesn't feel like it (the electricity voltage goes up and down), it gets really hot. Kitchen supplies are also lacking, the ones with them are a bit dirty so cooking in the kitchen is not comfortable. No place for drinking water is provided (even though the other villas are provided). There are dogs too, so for Muslims it's not very comfortable and there will be saliva everywhere and Muslims will step on them.
