I have been indebted to him many times since my days at Leopalace.As you will understand once you stay, even the single rooms are spacious and have excellent soundproofing. The construction is different from chain hotels.The cost performance is quite good, including a welcome drink and a breakfast buffet that is sufficient.There is a convenience store a few 10 meters to the left from the main entrance.Amenities are located near the elevator.

As it was the first day of a three-day weekend in September, the accommodation fee was a hefty 16,500 yen, but to be honest, it wasn't worth the price. I understand that the price has gone up due to the spread of the coronavirus and many in-house guests, but the price was unbelievable for this hotel. What surprised me was how poor the breakfast was. I couldn't believe my eyes at the breakfast venue when the only meat dish was sausage. I was so miserable that I ended up skipping breakfast and just had rice balls from a nearby convenience store. The front desk was so small that it could only accommodate two people checking in, and there were cases where it took too long to accommodate foreigners. Probably won't use it next time

Because the reservation dates were back and forth, even though we were staying for consecutive nights, the first night was a smoking room and the second night was a non-smoking room, but the rooms were separated, but the staff took care of us on the day of our stay. I was able to stay in the same room for two consecutive nights in a non-smoking room, so I didn't have to move rooms for two days.I was able to spend a comfortable time.I would like to thank the staff for their kind response.Thank you very much.You will definitely choose this hotel for your next trip to Asahikawa!

I used it during my trip to Asahikawa and Biei-Furano.I can't deny that the building and rooms are old, but the front desk staff was very kind, and I was able to enjoy a free drink or soft drink from 6pm, which made my stay very comfortable. The curry was delicious.I have no complaints other than the inconvenience of having only one card key.The breakfast buffet was delicious.

I’d say it was just a good value for what we paid. The room was in an old condition but I wouldn’t say it felt dirty, just old. However for a reasonable price we had the room and they offer free curry on the evenings and breakfast was included. In sum you can get accommodation + dinner + breakfast for less than 10k yen. It is a 10-min walk from Asahikawa station.

Before checking in, I asked where the parking lot was, and they came out to the road and explained it to me in detail.The inside of the hotel is not that new, but it was enough for me. We also had happy hour drinks, and the breakfast was satisfying.Thank you for your help.

The prices are reasonable and the location is in the downtown area, making it easy to use. However, the parking lot is limited to the types of vehicles that can be used in the multi-story parking lot...Other vehicles can use the adjacent parking lot, but I am a little dissatisfied with the fact that there is an additional charge.

The hotel is old and far from the station. I feel like the price doesn't match the location.I feel like it could have been cheaper if it had this kind of equipment in that location.We recommend a hotel near the station for a little more money.

Your average Japanese business hotel. Clean where it matters but it was clear deep cleaning/maintenance wasn't happening because of mold around the edges of things in the bathroom, and broken cabinets around the room.Good location from the station but if your driving although it says parking available, there's a charge of 800en, and it's one of those ones where you drive into a little garage car elevator and it automatically stores your car underground. But we didn't want to do that so we parked at the other city parking nearby that claimed to be 900en for 24hrs but it ended up being 1800en! We're not sure what we did wrong cause it happened both nights so be careful!

The hotel is located in a convenient location, not far from the station and the main pedestrian tourist and restaurant area. The owner and staff are friendly and a welcome drink is offered in the evening. The negative point is that there is a motor running all night which makes the room noisy, day and night. It feels a bit like I'm on a cruise ship where you can hear the engines running.

The following is a report about the smoking room, but after this, my husband worked through the company, so he stayed in the smoking room, but I paid the difference and was moved to a non-smoking room. I almost cried in Asahikawa because it was just before my transfer, but I managed to make it work.Thank you to the hotel staff.The evaluation is that the non-smoking area is clean and there is no unpleasant odor.In the middle, the service adjusted the difference, so I revised it to 5.I have a headache and am crying. My husband was in a hurry and I didn't know that he had taken a smoking room, so I went into the room and found the curtains were brown with tar, and even with the window open, it smelled like cigarettes. My head hurts. Tears come out.If I had known, I would never have stayed there.

Please be careful that this hotel distinguishes between smoking and non-smoking rooms! I've been staying in Hokkaido for over 14 days and this is the “only” hotel that still has smoking rooms! We only realized this when we entered the room. It’s like a toxic room, especially for a pregnant woman like me!I explained to the front desk staff that I am pregnant, but they only mentioned that the hotel is full today and they don’t even have a backup room. All they could do was lend us a very weak air purifier!(without sufficient functionality to remove the impact of smoke) I asked about the possibility of opening the entire window, but the staff refused and said it was for security concerns. (They don’t understand that letting a pregnant woman stay in a smoking room is the real safety concern and could lead to premature birth.)I looked at Google reviews, and many people made the same mistake as I did (including Japanese people), which indicates that smoking rooms are not common in Japan, and most people assume that the hotel is entirely non-smoking with just a designated smoking area. But this hotel isn’t like that; they have dedicated smoking rooms, and the room, including towels, curtains, sofa, walls—everything—reeks of smoke. You can’t imagine such a terrible, toxic room still exists in this day and age!😮💨😮💨As a pregnant woman, I had no other choice to protect my baby but to sleep in the public area on the 3rd floor to avoid the toxic fumes. I think that will never step foot in this hotel again…

It was an ordinary business hotel. Over 5 years ago, I stayed at Cretake hotels all over the country, but I remember the breakfast being plentiful and delicious, so I stayed here for the first time in a while. Unfortunately, I disappointed my wife with the disappointing breakfast.
