As of September 5, 2023, accommodation is currently suspended.Since the coronavirus outbreak, the company has been temporarily closed and there is no prospect of reopening.ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーSimple accommodation (single room only) 4000 yen per nightHowever, even though the guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors, the bathrooms are on the 4th floor.And the toilet is also shared. Recommended for those who can tolerate this.(There is a twin room with a unit bath on the 5th and 6th floors.Of course, this is more expensive)Discounts are available for members of the public school teachers union (discount coupon must be presented).If you are associated with Shimane Prefecture schools, you can stay for 1,500 yen.

I only stop by once in a while to use the vending machine on the first floor.Although the building is owned by an organization affiliated with the prefecture, it is mainly used as an office and meeting place for the civil servant union.I believe that the prefectural headquarters office of the Japan Socialist Party was also located here.It is also used for teacher training purposes and as a simple accommodation facility for backpackers.

I used this service as a parent and child from November 19th to 21st to accompany my eldest son to his university entrance exam. It was my first time in Shimane Prefecture, so I didn't know how to get to the university, but the person at the front desk very kindly showed me how to get to the university while looking at a map ♪ It was a very quiet room with a bath and toilet for 2 days. I was able to spend a comfortable time there. Once my son passes the exam, I think more machines will come to Shimane Prefecture, so I would like to use them at that time♪♪ Thank you for your help!!

This is a strange type of accommodation, and I wonder why this facility is included in Rakuten Travel's tours.As the name suggests, this is a lodging facility for people involved in education.First of all, I was worried about whether this was the right place because of the exterior of the building, and the receptionist seemed more like a manager at a public institution than a service worker. I think the response is good.There is only a shared toilet, but it was equipped with a washlet.There was only a communal bath, and it was like a large unit bath that could accommodate about 4 adults.The amenities in the room are minimal: there is a toothbrush but no razor, and there are face towels but no bath towels. The room is spacious enough, but it smells like an old gymnasium, so I thought about opening the window, but the window was closed due to a deadline, and ventilation was not possible.The air conditioning is throughout the building, and it is not possible to switch between heating and cooling in each room.Curfew was 12:00 midnight and check out was at 9:00.I feel like the general public doesn't use hotels unless they have very few vacancies.
