This is the first time I've used it in several years. Previously, there was only Mega Supermarket, Plant 5, but you can still walk there. Now, there is a drug store across the road, making it even more convenient.Ear plugs can solve the problem of noise. There is also a bath in about 5 minutes by car. The free site has a moderate amount of grass remaining and is a natural mattress. I think it's good.

Used on 2023/10/15The reception is in a building that looks like a nearby ferry. There seems to be a divided site and a free site, and if you are going solo on a motorcycle, the free site is better for 500 yen per night. The location was perfect for catching the ferry to the Oki Islands in the morning.

“Sakaiminato City: Sakaiminato Public Marina Campground”I used it for motorcycle touring in 2012 and on a family trip in 2013. Attracted by its convenience, I invited my friends and family for a family camping trip. There are plenty of hot springs, large shopping facilities, and sightseeing spots nearby, so I was able to fully enjoy my trip for 3 days and 2 nights. The sea view from this campsite was very beautiful and the sunset was also spectacular. As I write this in 2022, we are in a difficult situation due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's one of the places I'd like to go back to once things calm down.

You have to register in the administration building (red arrow), open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Checks are carried out in the evening. It's best to choose a place (numbered) beforehand and then register. Entrance via the blue marked cycle path. Place not very well maintained, but okay. Water, tables and benches as well as a simple toilet are available. Light in place.

Sometimes there are people with bad manners, and groups of foreigners are annoying. The sound of trucks running along the industrial road is amazing even at night. I won't go there again because the manager talks bad about the customers over the phone. I went to Hiyoshizu Seaside Park, and all the managers were kind and helpful, and the restrooms were very clean and you could use the showers. It's so good that I don't want to tell everyone about it. It's a little pricey, but I like it and don't want to go to Sakaiminato again.

This was my first time going camping with my family, and it was very convenient as there was a parking place right near the tent site and a large supermarket nearby. We had a great time near the hot springs.

The facilities at the campsite itself are good. However, the sound of cars on the national highway next door is too loud lolAnglers and fishing-related trucks are constantly running towards Sakaiminato even late at night.Plus, it's in the countryside so it's cool (lol) modified cars pass by noisily.I don't really recommend it.

Camping for less than 24 hours, whether day or overnight, costs about 1,000 yen. Equipped with running water and toilets.
