The hostess's cheerful and kind service and her husband's wonderful food.I liked the sea bass pickled in soy sauce for dinner.Of course, the breakfast is also very delicious.Hatahata dried fish is the best!I think they may be changing the way they cook their meals in the evening and in the morning.The room we stayed in was a large Japanese-style room.The toilet is shared, but it is clean.The bath can accommodate two people in the washing area.If I go to Oki Island, I would like to stay there again!

This inn is very close to the ferry terminal. This is a wonderful inn that if you have any concerns before going, you can contact the official website and they will respond promptly.The landlady is very energetic and easy to talk to, making the inn feel like a homely stay to a relative's home. From what I hear, it was recently renovated, so it's very new. Check-in is also done using a tablet, and I was surprised by the electronic key when entering the women's bath!The bathrooms and toilets are shared, but the women's bathroom and the women's bathroom are locked, so it's very safe. You can get amenities in the lobby, and there is also a tea and water server, so you can drink tea anytime. Due to noise issues, coffee is available only in the morning, but instant milk tea and matcha latte can be added to hot water and drunk on a regular basis. There is also a parking lot in front of the inn. The beauty of the shared women's bath is amazing.The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious.Credit cards are accepted.I will visit you again when I go to Shimago.

I stayed there in February, a time when there are fewer tourists.It's close to Saigo Port and can be reached on foot.When you open the entrance to the inn, the soft scent of incense wafts through the inn, making you feel at ease.As mentioned in many other comments,The wife is cheerful and friendly, and you can feel at home and feel at home as if you were staying with relatives.The interior is neat and clean, and although it is small, you can feel that every detail has been taken care of.I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I come to Oki.

Very rich in amenitiesThe food is delicious and the tableware is carefully selected. The drink bar is also open except late at night and early in the morning, where you can enjoy coffee and matcha latte.Customer service was also very good

During the Obon holiday, I was looking for a good place to stay as hotels listed on major travel sites were priced at Obon prices.It was within walking distance of Saigo Port, and the inside of the building was very clean and stylish. There is no washbasin in the room, and the bath and toilet are shared, but since there were only two groups staying in the room, we rented it out for ourselves.The landlady was very nice, and the breakfast was prepared with great care and was delicious!If I ever have the opportunity to visit Oki again, I would make it my first choice.thank you very much! ️

Kokoro Ryokan is located within walking distance to the Oki Saigo Port Ferry Terminal. The inn had been renovated and was clean and hygienic. Separate men's and women's washrooms, toilets, and baths were in good condition.However, there was no screen door in the room, and even though I was on the second floor, mosquitoes came in at night and I had a sleepless night. The cause was that my friend opened the window because it was hot. We didn't even use the air conditioner, but I guess we didn't expect mosquitoes to come in.The landlady was kind, approachable, and very pleasant.I arrived around 8pm on my way back from seeing Candle Island, but they kindly prepared a meal for me.The food was very delicious and the tableware was nice and stylish.I reserved a table that was available for private use, where I could enjoy a Japanese kaiseki course meal featuring locally caught fish.Although my visit was in early June, I was able to order the last large rock oysters of the season.Aperitifs, appetizers, sashimi, steak, octopus rice, desserts, etc. I was able to enjoy it while drinking local alcohol.I also used a 2,000 yen Shimane coupon.Also, if you use the Candlestick Island sightseeing boat and the inn, the return ferry fee will be free.

It was my first time on Oki Island, and I'm glad Kokoro Ryokan took care of me. The inside of the hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to visit again due to the warm customer service provided by the proprietress.

Stayed on October 4, 2022Thanks to the kindness of the host, I was able to relieve the fatigue of my trip. The best part of traveling is being able to talk with the friendly hostess. It was fun.

I found this hotel through some reviews and it looked good, so I made a reservation, and it lived up to the reviews.Although the facility is small (it was originally a guest house), it is well maintained and clean.The landlady is kind and friendly.I could see that the food was carefully prepared by the host, and it was very delicious😋When I told him it was our 30th wedding anniversary, he went out of his way to buy me a dessert and added it to me🍰If I have a chance to go to Oki Island again, I will definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel is small, the building and facilities were excellent and comfortable. The landlady was friendly and amiable and made me feel at ease.The food was served in a large private room and was a course meal that was very delicious.

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip plan. There was no price listed on the internet, but it was about 9,500 yen per night.It's close to the port and there are restaurants nearby, so it's a good place to take a stroll at night.The breakfast was very luxurious, and we were served seasonal stewed fish and large rock oysters.When I go to Oki again, I can only choose this place.

One sunny day in spring, my husband and I stayed here for one night and two days. First of all, I'm happy with the hospitality of the friendly wife💕. The facility has been renovated in stages and everything is new ✨ I enjoyed taking a leisurely bath ♨️. The delicious dishes were a feast for the eyes and the palate, making for a heartwarming dinner. He is also particular about tableware. I was very satisfied with the portion and thank you for the meal ☺️😋🙇 The amenities were also plentiful 👍

Has it been recently renovated? It's very beautifulWe had a luxurious meal for breakfast starting in the morning.It was especially comfortable because there were no other guests staying, but I didn't know what would happen if there were, such as sound leakage, so I would like to give it 4 stars.
