Stayed on September 21, 2024.After reading other people's reviews, I really wanted to stay here, so I had planned a trip a week in advance and had booked a reservation at another hotel, but I canceled it.Change the date of your trip and stay overnight.☆CookingI knew from word of mouth that the food was delicious, so I didn't think I would be surprised if it was a little tasty...I couldn't help but notice how much more delicious it was than I expected (oh my)I could almost say it out loud.We're both very picky eaters, so when we came across a dish with ingredients we didn't like, we timidly tried it, but the taste was different from what we had imagined, and we finished it deliciously. I was surprised that the ingredients could change so much depending on how they were cooked.I've eaten at various inns and hotels, but this was the best I've ever had.During the meal, we had a fun conversation with the servers, who gave us recommendations on restaurants and places.☆RoomI stayed in a basic room, but it didn't feel small. The quality of the amenities is high, and are they disposable? That's the level. I was surprised that the hairbrush and toothbrush were made of wood. The slippers are thick and sturdy, and you can take them home after using them.I have an Android TV that is as big as one at home.You can also watch video streaming from your own account. (Don't forget to log out when leaving the room)There is a hot spring semi-open-air bath in the room, and it is spacious enough to bathe whenever you like.☆HotelThe spiral staircase and other kumiko works create a sense of peace.☆FrontAt check-in...I was given a thorough explanation of the room.When I checked out...It was raining, so the plastic umbrella I bought that day had been exchanged for a tattered plastic umbrella by a guest with no morals, so when I was talking to my wife, the staff offered me the hotel's rental umbrella. Ta.I didn't feel any stress from check-in to check-out.It was an unforgettable trip filled with delicious food, fun conversations, and warm hospitality.I will use it again when I go to Izumo.Thank you very much.

The food is really amazing!I was impressed by the full course of Kyoto Kaiseki, which is based on traditional techniques based on dashi.The staff's smiles and customer service were also great. I was welcomed with compassion and sincerity, and I felt very comforted.This is an auberge that I can confidently recommend to my friends.I will definitely come back again!

☺️......elegant place 🥰were so impressed with the quality of the food ...🍹and the short amount of time it took to receive it. I love dinner there as well. We are so fortunate to have this outstanding place restaurant in our town of izumo taisya

On the way to Izumo Grand Shrine, I happened to go in for a lunch set, and it turned out to be a very luxurious and neat hotel.They kindly showed us the room and the stairs carved entirely out of wood were impressive. The staff are friendly and polite.

[Visit at the end of April 2024]I saw it on the TV show ``Shokusai no Oukoku'' and became interested in the food they offered, so I immediately made a reservation. Finally visited during Golden Week.■Guest roomThe room we stayed in was not that spacious, but it was functional and easy to use. There is no communal public bath, and each room has a semi-open-air hot spring.It is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker and Android TV, so you can use your favorite music and video streaming services to which you subscribe.■ServiceThe staff at the hotel and the restaurant seemed to be very enthusiastic about their work, and I was treated with great kindness and courtesy.Dinner and breakfast were both excellent as expected. Dinner is a course meal, but even though there are a lot of items (in a good way), the portions were just right for my stomach and I was able to enjoy it to the end without getting too full. I was particularly impressed with the keema curry made with Wagyu beef that came at the end of the meal.After the meal, I was shown to the bar on the upper floor of the restaurant, but since there was only one staff member in charge of everything from ordering to serving almost all the guests, it was difficult to get my turn even if I wanted to order. Also, the staff seemed to be having a hard time and I felt sorry for asking them. Therefore, although I wanted to order a cocktail, I gave up and returned to my room. I think we need at least a two-person system: one to take orders and one to make and serve the food.■PlaceIt's very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, so it's very accessible. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes to arrive from Izumo Airport by airport bus.

My wife and I had dinner today. This has been a concern since the hotel was under construction. The food was really delicious. Although we are locals, we think it is a good place for those who come to Izumo Taisha Shrine etc.
