I used it with my family during summer vacation.I think it was 103.Parking was a little confusing, but the location is very convenient.We rented the whole house, and it was really easy to spend time there.I was happy to have a washing machine with dryer and a relaxing bath. It was very helpful that there were plenty of toiletries and laundry detergent.

It's located in the center of Matsue city, so some reviews say it's noisy at night, but it didn't bother me at all. I had a very comfortable stay. However, it is difficult to enter the parking lot from the opposite lane, and it is difficult to turn right when leaving the parking lot. Even if you leave the parking lot by turning left, the traffic light right in front of you will be the lane where you have to turn left, so you need to be careful about that. Check-in and check-out was smooth with the code entered in advance.

Due to its location facing an intersection, it may be difficult to park your car. I stayed in room 101, but the water area in the bath, changing room, and toilet was small, and it was located on the first floor along with the bedroom, which made it a bit difficult to use. I was looking forward to the pop-in Aladdin, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use it, perhaps due to a setting problem with the main unit. I was grateful to be able to use the provided coffee machine and hot plate. I was grateful for the water server installation. Since the stairs are steep, I liked that they provided stoppers for families with small children.

FANTASTIC for our family of six! Great location, easy access to just about anything you would like to do in downtown Matsue. Highly recommend it. Rate was very good for our seven night stay.

It's located at a major intersection, so it's easy to find, but be careful when entering and exiting. A convenience store is also in front. I stayed at Sasebo in September and found the rates and rooms to be very clean and well-organized, but I didn't feel the same way about both cases this time.

I used it with my family.It is easy to use as it is fully equipped with sinks, dishes, pots, etc. There is also a Lawson nearby.I was worried because there was no front desk, but I was able to easily enter the room by following the email I received in advance. Check-in and check-out are done from the installed tablet.You can watch TV with popIn Aladdin. However, I don't know if it was a problem with the internet speed, but there were many times when I couldn't view it smoothly.As for the bath, it's small. The remote control is difficult to operate and there are no handrails, so it may be difficult for elderly people.There are 5 parking spaces in total. One is for light vehicles only.Cleaning was not very good, and sweets and bags from previous users were left behind.
