It's close to my house, so I often use it for day trip baths. The other day, I used a day trip bath at my child's request, but an elderly woman with dementia wore my clothes that I had left in the changing room, and my clothes were lost.My mother went to the front desk to complain, and an employee came and took care of her, but they were only dealing with elderly women, and I was left waiting in a crowded changing room with no clothes on. I did. Then he asked me about his clothes, but I don't know anything about that and would like to know. The elderly woman was apparently a guest, and the hotel provided her with a yukata, but she didn't have any, and she was forced to wait in the changing room while many people stared at her, and she was angry that she was being treated like a thief. My child is frightened byIt's really bad and I don't know what I was doing. In the end, the elderly woman was given back her heavily worn clothes and asked to wear them, but she realized that they had been worn by someone else.It hasn't been washed, and even if it was, it's gross and I wouldn't normally wear it.There was no proper apology from either the facility or the elderly woman's family, and the only explanation they gave was, ``She seems to be suffering from dementia,'' but you can tell by looking at that. There were two male employees at the front desk on my way home, but they just laughed and looked at me and didn't talk to me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After returning home, the child cried, saying that something like this had happened because he had said he wanted to go. And he said he would never go again. I feel exactly the same way.I think it can't be helped because he has dementia, but I was very disappointed in the facility's response.I would also like to contact the management company.

Used for bike touring. I was able to park my bike in a warehouse, so I didn't have to worry about rain or crime. The staff is very attentive and the location is perfect. The food is kaiseki-style, and may not be enough for big eaters.

Another review said that the hot water was too hot for children to bathe in, but that was not the case, and the temperature was just about right, even if it was a little hotter. We used the large public bath, but we also had a private bath available for 1,800 yen for 90 minutes.Large bath, ocean view! ! I did see the ocean, but the weather was bad and the glass was cloudy, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. The room I reserved was for 6 tatami mats on the mountain side, but the hotel was kind enough to say, ``Since there was space available, we changed the room to 8 tatami mats on the sea side.'' Thank you very much🙏There was also a welcome drink.Regarding the futon, there were some reviews that said, ``It was already laid out, which is impossible.'' However, there was an explanation at the front desk that it was laid out first, and it was clearly written in the booklet in the room. The volume of the meal is also solid! ! The children's meals were also good with side dishes that children would enjoy, such as fried chicken, fried shrimp, and octopus sausages. There wasn't a single thing on the breakfast buffet that wasn't delicious, and there was a lot of local food, so it was very good! !At the end, I was able to see them off, which made me feel really good! !
