Before leaving Kitami, we went through "Shell Blue", which is said to be the originator of the B-class gourmet "Kitami Shio Yakisoba", which is known only to those in the know. The ``Hotel Kurobe'' in front of the station is a classic restaurant that is also known as the Imperial Hotel in this city, and I was surprised to find that it was also a restaurant there.It certainly has an elegant entrance and an elegant atmosphere, and the noble yakisoba, which is too rude to be called B-class, is served on a piping hot iron plate, and I was immediately turned away. A cool old waiter makes Scallop Extract's special soap "magic" Pour water.The steaming and fragrant ingredients are rich in Okhotsk seafood, scallops, generously mixed with locally produced onions, the bright colors of the green and yellow vegetables, and when mixed with a soft-boiled egg that melts on top, the flavor is rich and mouth-watering. .Not only was the yakiniku delicious, but it also cast an addictive spell on me that would make me want to come back again if I were to return to northern Hokkaido. What's more, this hotel has been renovated, has rooms with saunas, and offers a special plan that will make you want to stay there.

While on a road trip to Hokkaido, his car breaks down and he has to stay overnight in Kitami City. Since it's the Obon period, are the business hotels in front of the station fully booked, or are you looking at your feet and saying, ``There's only a twin room available, but it's 20,000 yen.''The ``Hotel Kurobe'' that I called was 7,150 yen including breakfast, so if you were to imagine it as a typical business hotel, it would be different.A stylish building located at the top of the hill in front of Kitami Station. The man at the parking lot who saw me walking and greeted me from a distance, the woman at the front desk who did her best to find out the bus schedule even though I was unfamiliar with geography, and the woman who came to press the elevator button. The doorman took care of everything, so much so that I felt intimidated.The difference from a business hotel is that there are no outlets for computers or smartphones in the guest rooms, but it makes sense considering it's a four-story hotel with only 22 rooms, and the hotel's main focus is weddings.As you can see in the photo, the Western breakfast selection is not a buffet but is served properly.There is no sign of Futaku inbound tourists taking advantage of the weak yen, and the customer base is very good. The restaurant was called "Ciel Blue," so I asked the front desk clerk, "Is it the Hotel Okura in Tokyo?" but it had nothing to do with it.Still, it's so comfortable that even though it's said to be affiliated with Okura, it's understandable.I repeat, this is a single breakfast of 7,150 yen including tax! Hotel Kurobe turned me into a Hokkaido fan even though I was at the bottom of despair after my car broke down. I have nothing but words of gratitude.

I used Restaurant Shell Blue. I arrived a little after 11 o'clock.It's a quiet and relaxing space. Occasionally, I could hear the sound of magic water being sprinkled on salt-yakisoba noodles, and before I knew it, the place was full on Mondays.There was a daily menu, but I ordered gratin and my friends ordered beef stew, coffee, and dessert.It was a fun lunch!

I stopped by to use the restaurant.Okhotsk Kitami salt yakisoba was delicious.When you pour a mysterious liquid on it after it is delivered, it releases a nice scent.I also like that it has hot spring eggs.

I went to an acquaintance's wedding and even though I had sent a reply postcard saying I was in attendance, I couldn't find my name at the reception desk. lolThe person who started it was strange, but the hotel staff's response afterwards was amazing. I had to stand and wait in front of a table without a chair to find a seat (it was extremely embarrassing), and of course there was not enough food for one person (there were times when I couldn't make it in time), and I was told that I would pay the membership fee in the elevator. However, for some reason, I did not receive it and ended up handing it over at the venue. (It's embarrassing) I wonder why they are responding like this. I wonder if it's strange because I have experience working in a hotel...I'm not going anymore. Trauma lol

The restaurant has the local gourmet "Kitami Shio Yakisoba".The ankake yakisoba is also delicious.You can enjoy the customer service you would expect from a long-established hotel, and you'll feel a little richer.

We used a room with a sauna. Even though I had to change my reservation at short notice, they were very accommodating and I had a great time✨As it was renovated on November 1st, it was very clean and the interior had a glamping-like atmosphere, making it a stylish space where you could feel like you were camping. I did😊You can also use the sauna as much as you want, and the infinity chair is really great for getting out of the sauna! I had a great, relaxing and happy time ✨I wish I had brought some books with me☺️But you can watch movies on Netflix etc. on the big TV, so you won't get bored✨It's perfect for people who want to stay in a hotel.Actually, the magnet on the bath treatment stand is weak and keeps falling down, so I think it might be a good idea to change it.
