Rooms were a bit dusty and not super clean (dead cockroaches by the window), but it's cozy enough for a couple of nights stay.Smoking is allowed in common rooms, which drifted up to the corridor making it uncomfortable for the kids and the adults who are non-smokersThere are several flights of steep and narrow staircases up to the rooms, which are not elderly or young kids or big luggage friendly.Owner is friendly, and stay was ok for the location and the price. Not near any shops, so best to have own transport.

We stayed for one night, the owner of the place was super attentive and met all our needs. The room was clean and very comfortable, air conditioning worked, the only thing that was bad was the musty smell in the closet. The establishment has a great bathroom and kitchen structure.I recommend it and would go back there more often

Super easy to stay in a guest house!!Single use by bike.Even though I made the wrong reservation due to a mistake on my part, the landlady was very accommodating. The room is good enough for one or two people, and the air conditioning is nice at this time of year. You can take a shower freely and be impressed by the rock design of the bathroom.Convenience stores and downtown areas require a car, so we recommend buying things before you arrive. The Tottori Sand Dunes are just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect sightseeing route. .

It's only for overnight stays, but I think it's the best inn if you don't want the services of a guesthouse. First of all, the price is low, and you can check out freely if you pay in advance. Since it is run by Rion, you can get direct information about the local area, and you can truly experience the goodness of a family-run business. Another point is that it is "5 minutes to the sand dunes". After checking in and feeling light, you can drive to the sand dunes as much as you like. Being able to come and go at dusk, at night, or at sunrise without having to worry about it is a charm that hotels don't have. For meals, you can eat at a nearby drive-in (the ``Horu Soba Set Meal'' is delicious), or Tottori City is not far away, and there are several hot springs within 10 minutes. It was also very helpful that I was allowed to bring my own towels. The room had a TV, air conditioner, and the toilet was clean. The price is low, so I think it's perfect for families as well. It's the perfect place to eat and take a bath outside, and then come back to get a good night's sleep! This is for people who don't want excessive services.

Very pleasant welcome, the hostel is on the main road 200m from the bus stop but in the middle of nowhere so do your shopping first! Spacious room but which deserves a new stain on the furniture and yellow walls… On the other hand, big problem with cleanliness in the kitchen is unacceptable and a lack of respect for customers, microwave, fridge and grill in a lamentable state , the worktop is pitted with rust at 50€ a night it's excessive! I'm willing that covid has been there but a very deep cleaning doesn't cost much! The whole hostel is too bric-a-brac, too bad it could be warm…

Perfect as a simple lodging. Let's stock up on food and drinks. A private room of four and a half tatami mats with air conditioning and TV. There is a shared refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen. Baths and toilets are shared, but there is a hot spring facility in a good location nearby. Above all, the owner's personality was refreshing. I would like to use it again.
