The place doesn't match the advertising photo, really disappointed, the villa doesn't look like it's ready, in the room there is a cupboard but it's like a warehouse filled with cupboards for the villa's things / dirty linen... the glass isn't cleaned, lots of bird ticks, the floor doesn't look like it's been swept... and There are lots of complaints.. the staff is not friendly, even when you complain, the staff doesn't come to the villa.. the condition of the villa is not explained.. the service is very bad.. thank you

A peaceful hideaway in the mountains with a great view. Unique architecture and beautiful gardens. Outdoor shower, fire pit and friendly owners. Well decorated rooms and super comfy beds. Great place for a quiet getaway.

Stayed here with unsatisfactory service once, ordered a deluxe room which had to be with a plunge pool but everything couldn't be used, don't worry about soaking in the pool because it can't be used anymore, and when we arrived there were no syp2 staff and there weren't any, sorry It's also not good, even though the place is good, the hospitality is lacking

This villa is located in a rural, yet very beautiful village in Bali. I believe its the only one villa in this area.I stayed here for 1 night, and the view from my room was stunning. I can saw mountain and orange garden. Plus, the weather is super nice, it was cold and refreshing.The cherry on top was at night, the host helps us set a camp fire.If you saw the one star review commenting the cleanliness, I think that was from early post pandemic. In my experience the cleanliness is acceptable for this kind of area and price.

Sorry, but my holiday there was disappointingEspecially the facilities sectionThe first problem is the room, it's still dirty, the bathtub is dirty, the plunger doesn't work, we didn't get a welcome drink at all, we didn't get bottled water either, the hot water didn't work, there wasn't a trash can, there weren't any tissues, there wasn't any tea available in the room. , very disappointing breakfast. Not really worth it at the price given๐

I have stayed twice in this gorgeous place! I love it every single time. The cottage is nestled within a little garden and you can pick the oranges right off the trees!! The bedsheets are crazy soft and the pillows extra fluffy - the best choice for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle. They made our special event super memorable. There are awesome walks through the plantations and the people there are so friendly. Can't wait to go back and take in the amazing views... Total serenity <3

Ehmmm...just one sentence... I'm really DISAPPOINTED...The hot water doesn't work, there's not enough water for bathing, at night when I go to the toilet, the WATER turns off...the water heater just comes off and doesn't work... Tenacious hairs on it Room curtains make you want to jump.....when you check in the villa is really not ready yet ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ*NO RECOMMENDED*
