It was my first time at Misasa Onsen, but I was able to thoroughly enjoy the retro interior and the hot springs gushing out from under my feet. I was suffering from frozen shoulders and knee pain, but I felt like my body became lighter overnight. I love Rakusen's hot springs and have been there four times, including in the middle of the night. Just being in the bathroom made me drenched in sweat, and even after I returned to my room, I couldn't stop sweating for a while, and I could feel my metabolism picking up steam. This is an inn where you can feel the power of hot springs. All of the dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, and I enjoyed each one carefully. The breakfast rice was also very delicious. The room was upgraded to a Meiji style Japanese style room. Well-polished wooden panels and glass windows. It had an elegant design with its transoms and different shelves, and the indigo-dyed cloth and covers were very stylish. It was a wonderful space that I wanted to stay in forever.Thank you for your warm hospitality. I thought I would like to stay there again for two nights.

I enjoyed walking around the Showa-style townscape. I ordered a normal meal and was full, but I thought it would have been better if I had less.It was also interesting to take a leisurely tour inside the traditional ryokan. There are many types of baths, so you can enjoy the inn itself. The staff was kind and responded quickly to orders, etc., and I was able to spend a comfortable time.

Kiya Ryokan (Inn) in Misasa, Tottori is my favourite hotel in the entire world. I discovered this hotel because I frequently travel solo and the hotel offers guided tours even for solo travellers to the gorgeous Mount Mitoku and its world heritage temples. Since then, I have returned over five times with friends and family and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. One of the prime features of this hotel is its incredible hospitality. The staff are warm and sincere and the hotel has added numerous optional services such as guided nature hikes and local cultural activities. They also warmly welcome international guests, readily sharing the region's amazing history and culture. The healing power of the in-house radium hot springs is also incredible and restorative. The hotel's gourmet meals artistically prepared are some of the best meals I've had in my life. The labyrinthine building and traditional architecture of the hotel feels like a time slip. The surrounding town nestled in the misty mountains has numerous fascinating culture points of interest dating back hundreds of years. It is difficult to convey my love for Kiya Ryokan and Misasa Hot Springs Town in words, but if you want to experience real Japanese culture, feel fully welcomed as a guest, experience the healing power of wellness tourism, and have an unforgettable adventure, I highly recommend Kiya Ryokan.

The building and the various decorations inside are more Showa-era than Showa retro! It was the first day of a three-day holiday, but we were lucky to have an empty room! You could hear the river deer and it was very relaxing! The meal We also had a very delicious meal in our room!

I applied and received a coupon for Misasa Onsen and stayed there. It's really expensive, but the hot springs were amazing. My atopic dermatitis has also improved significantly. It's expensive but worth the tripTochimochi zoni was unusual and delicious.

I stayed for 2 nights with two friends. It would be helpful if you could pick me up at Kurayoshi Station when the train arrives. We had four meals in the morning and evening, each with a different menu, and they were all delicious. There are 5 hot springs, all of which have good quality, and the hot springs I drink are not too strong, so I put them in a plastic bottle and drank them in large gulps.Take a nap in Ondol (Korean rock bath) or enjoy a cave mist sauna that will make your skin plump. The building was constructed in the Meiji, Taisho, and early Showa periods and is very atmospheric. The glass windows and bathroom tiles from the Taisho era are a sight to see.The hard-working landlady always welcomes you with a smile. The owner also runs a coffee shop in the building across the street, which is decorated with antiques. The commemorative notebook also has Hayao Miyazaki's doodles...This is an inn that many famous people visit.

The building from the Meiji era was amazing.Old tiles and window glass are hard to see these days, so they are worth seeing. The hot water is an artesian spring with a high concentration of radon and is quite warm. There was also an ondol and a mist sauna, which I enjoyed. In a room near the river, I was soothed by the sounds of frogs and frogs.
