Although some parts of the building itself are old, it was well maintained and comfortable enough. You can relax and enjoy the view of the pond while enjoying a welcome drink. There aren't that many rooms, so it had just the right amount of quiet and bustle. The bath was small, but the temperature was just right and I was able to soak in it slowly.Unfortunately, it was raining when we rented it out, so I'd like to save it for next time. The dinner was beautiful to look at and everything was delicious. The main foie gras was the best and most delicious foie gras I've ever eaten. It was also nice to be able to eat properly local food. It's a small thing, but I'm happy to be able to eat obanzai freely.Since we were seated at the counter, we were able to choose alcohol to go with our food, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The rice for breakfast was so fluffy, fluffy, and delicious that even my friend who came from a rice-growing area in the northern part of the prefecture was impressed.I was so impressed that I bought some new rice as a souvenir and went home. (Even at home, it tasted amazing!)We even received some freshly baked bread on our way home, and the accommodation was full of hospitality from start to finish.I would like to go again in a different season.

I stayed in a type C room. The room is a reasonable size. The bedding was a little hard but comfortable. For hot springs with attached rooms, the fact that the bathtub is not long enough to stretch your legs is a slight demerit. The quality of the hot springs is smooth, and considering Naruko Onsen's strong sulfur smell, it can be said to be the best in Miyagi Prefecture, but it cannot be helped that it pales in comparison to Akita's Tamagawa, Goshogake, and Mizusawa. As for the meal, the dengaku miso gratin was excellent. The tuna sashimi was also delicious. On the other hand, Sendai beef is oily (though not as greasy as Maesawa beef), and I thought the ratio of red meat to it was a bit problematic. As for the amount of food, I thought it was a good idea to keep it a little low-key and adjust it with obanzai. Since we are not drinkers, an all-inclusive option is not an advantage for us, but we took the opportunity to charge for a drinking competition of 14 generations, which is difficult to procure on our own. Other customers said Akabu seemed to be selling well. I thought the quality of the cheesecake for dessert could have been a little better. The breakfast was also a good amount. Overall, the level of satisfaction was fair.

This is my first visit in four months.Enjoy a comfortable stay with our stable hospitality.Dinner and breakfast were both seasonal and exciting, but I was also happy that there were some things I had eaten last time and wanted to eat again (like almond tofu for dessert and grated yam for breakfast). I also enjoyed the hot springs and sauna. The slightly yellowish-brown water, which is different from sulfur springs, has a slight mineral smell and makes your skin smooth and smooth while bathing, but your skin will feel silky smooth after bathing. This time as well, we had a detached pet building, but despite the rainy weather, there was no problem as there was a covered walkway to and from the main building.I took a morning walk around the surrounding villa area and was surprised to see a parent (1) and a cub (5) of wild boars running across the road in front of me.-------------------------------------------------- ----------A hideaway-like inn with a high-end feel, quietly nestled in the villa area just before the entrance to Miyagi Zao/Togatta Onsen Town. (It's set back from the main road, and although there are signs, you'll have to walk through narrow alleys that can make you feel uneasy, so we recommend checking Street View beforehand.)It's an auberge, so it feels like you're staying at a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal. (3 Michelin stars!)I heard that they have newly opened a separate room where you can bring your pet, so I decided to check it out.It was a smart modern cabin compared to the old-fashioned modernity of the main building. There is also a private dog run for dogs. The layout is well thought out, with the back to back of the main building, making it easy to walk outside the premises, allowing you to go out directly without having to walk through the main building or come into contact with other guests, which is common in other hotels. I am very grateful. The surrounding area is a villa area, so there is no shortage of walking courses. It's a separate building, so you have to go outside to get to the main building, but there's a well-maintained covered walkway, so even if it rains a little, you won't need an umbrella. What's more, it's directly connected to the main building's bathroom area, which is nice. There are two private open-air baths that you can enter as soon as they are empty, and almost immediately after entering the main building there is a gender-switched bath, and each also has a sauna, so you can enjoy an earthen dumpling sauna and an authentic Finnish barrel sauna. It was strong and great. The shop in the main building sold antiques such as plates, not the usual souvenirs.I was surprised by the thoughtfulness of having gastrointestinal medicine and cold medicine in the room. All the staff were very hospitable and made our stay very comfortable.

You can always have a satisfying meal and a relaxing time. The private open-air bath is also pleasant.
