Accommodation for the group was arranged by Tobu Top Tours.Good location near Nagaoka station.All the staff are courteous.What was disappointingThe building is dated, and is a business hotel built about 40 years ago.It was a consecutive night stay, but the bath water was not easy to wipe off due to simple cleaning.The minor's room was for smoking and had an ashtray.Dinner time is determined by check-in order.Overall, the impression is that it can't be helped because of the location, which is neither good nor bad.

There is no storage. The floor space is rather small, so it may not be suitable for guests with large bags or for long-term stays.The electric kettle is a cup type and has a small capacity, so it is not enough for large cup ramen.

I stayed here for one night before Golden Week. There were no problems with the room etc. However, the chubby woman at check-in was so blunt that I felt uncomfortable. I wonder if women in Niigata Prefecture are like this?When I was talking to the person at the front desk in the morning, a woman with super protruding teeth came to the front desk, but I didn't even say hello. When I said good morning⁉️

I stayed in room 1211, and it was very spacious, probably because it's an old hotel.The bathroom was the same size as a city hotel, and I was surprised that it had a bathtub instead of a bathtub.There were no problems with the cleaning of the room, and I checked for bed bugs and there were no problems.

I guess it's a little old. I was a little surprised that this kind of hotel exists these days. I don't know if the woman at the front desk is a part-time worker or an employee, but she seemed so amateurish that I was worried. Rooms, hallways, elevators, etc. The room is dark with lack of lighting. It would be fine if I just wanted to sleep, but since I was on a business trip, it was too dark to do any office work.Breakfast was also miserable. The taste was good, but the buffet-style tray of side dishes was made of stainless steel and was not kept warm. It's cold.The floor was sticky and I felt uncomfortable when I was trying to get side dishes.The best part was that, just like the amateurs at the front desk, the people in the kitchen came out to take a breather and poured the customer's milk into a cup and drank it. It's the same if you go to the back for both food and guest use, but don't pour and drink in a venue where there are breakfast customers. The level of staff is very low.

A room from a while back.Even though the door locks automatically, I hate it when key locks are disabled in today's world.There is only one elevator, so depending on the time of day you need to go in and out, it may be faster to use the stairs.

It seems to be an old hotel, but the room was functionally equipped with a semi-double bed, so I didn't have any particular inconveniences. It was a convenient location, with a reasonable parking lot right next to the station.The customer service at the front desk was very polite and pleasant.Early in the morning, I could hear noises from other rooms because I was asleep, but at other times it wasn't that bothersome and I had a comfortable time.

Some parts of the room were quite old, such as the refrigerator stand being rickety, but there was also a USB charger by the bedside, and you could watch adult channels for free using analog channels (you couldn't choose). I was very satisfied with the fact that I had two large pillows and an air purifier.Even if you had a plan without breakfast, you could eat it if you paid 1,000 yen at check-in.It was a buffet style meal, and personally, the crispy croquettes were delicious. I was concerned that the sauce on the table was dirty.It was also possible to have coffee in a paper cup and take it to your room.The multi-storey parking lot was probably broken and unusable, so we parked in the flat parking lot behind the hotel. It was 700 yen per night.Part of the floor is gravel, and there are a lot of crows at night, so if you're unlucky in the morning, you might end up covered in feces, so please be careful.
