As the name suggests, you can see Lake Senba from your room window. The sunset is beautiful. The location is convenient as it is close to the south exit of Mito Station. The room is large and calm. The people at the front desk are also polite and kind. Thank you for your help again.

Please eat breakfast if you can. Local ingredients were used, and the omelets were made right in front of you.

A long time ago, I had a part-time job in banquet service. I guess it's the same with all the other companies in the same industry, but an employee came with me on the first day, but the rest of the time I was left alone. What are the seniors I don't know doing when they're wandering around behind the scenes because I can't keep up with them? . What are you doing again after a while? I told him that I had been watching it for a while. I only went to work for a few days, but the number of people who were working hard day by day increased. Is there anything you don't understand at first? The senior who approached me probably complained directly about me, but hey! Do this like this! and. I have a job and can give instructions, right? I didn't say anything directly about that complaint, but when the customer was leaving, he pointed at me from a distance and said something to his seniors, but I had experience serving customers in strict stores, so I remembered what happened that time. , I understand. Still, isn't it something to be careful about by telling them directly? It was moving when it shouldn't have, so all I had to say was to stop it. Did he intend to make the same thing happen again and use him as a scapegoat? In the end, everyone was treated as incompetent and evil. Honestly, from my hometown, it's a rural area, so I guess this is a rural area. I wonder why there are so many people from the same university. Moreover, the previous year, I had a fight in the dormitory and had to leave, but there was a kid who lived in the room next to me. In the clothes of a big man, like a manager. The employees either didn't know about the trouble or just turned a blind eye, and when I quit, they blamed me for quitting. The staff seemed to be having fun with each other, but I guess they don't care about customers or service because there is no training on how to prevent complaints.
