Super nice and attentive staff with barely any English knowledge,Outdated building (Japanese room, in the annex),Musty smell, no shower on the floor, shower facility in the onsen (ladies in the basement, men on the roof terrace), western toilet on the floor with huge black mold stains, toilet on the floor outdated and unkempt, room unkempt and dirty upholstered furniture and carpet, loud whirring refrigerator in the room , underground price performance 140€/night/2 people

Amazing sea view from the room, great location close to the train and on the beach. But the hotel is outdated, needs ventilation and renewal. They didn't give beach towels. The attitude of the employees was reasonable. They spoke almost no English. Not necessarily worth the price

We arrived the same day without reservation, the staff does not speak a word of English but does everything to help you with a translation application. We booked a room with a sea view via Booking. The room was OK and the view was superb over the black sand beach! The receptionist went out of her way to help us and even came with us to the convenient store next door to fill out the Takyubin service coupons! We really appreciated the effort!

I am a traveler visiting all 47 prefectures.I have never gotten off at Ito Station, so I stayed here about a month ago near the station to eat Ito's whirlpools. It seems to be a long-established store that has been around for over 50 years, but it feels like they have invested in renovations everywhere, and even though it is old, it is very clean and has a good impression. You can go out in your swimsuit right in front of the ocean and come back. There is also a simple shower to wash off the sand when returning to the hotel. So far, it's very, very good. I have nothing but good feelings. However, I was disappointed with the bathroom. There are many baths, and there are various options such as private baths and paid baths. That in itself is very good, but the rules for the bath shown in the photo are extremely difficult to understand. From what time to what time should I enter? I was given a detailed explanation at check-in, but it was so detailed that I couldn't understand it. When I looked at this paper and tried to enter, I was told that they were currently cleaning...huh? It's exactly as this paper says...It's a shame because I had a very good impression of it after the renovations. It would be better to simplify the bath system more😅
