A hotel with a very nice view. Breakfast is provided and tastes good.The location is indeed a bit far away. There is a 711 800 meters away and there are very few other shops. You have to take a taxi to go out.

The room is clean, beautiful tiles everywhere, wide, cool air conditioning, the room is more soundproof than many places I've stayed, the food is delicious, there are few tourists, the food is arranged like when there were a lot of tourists. Used the service 8 times and was impressed every time. Recently it was raining heavily in front of the house so the security guard brought an umbrella to pick me up which was good.

Decided to book here because it was the first hotel that responded quickly to customer requests. (Please check in early. if possible)And it didn't disappoint me. For ourselves who actually stayed It's considered worthwhile. The room is not large but comfortable, bright lights, good bathroom, clear separation of wet zones, fast hot water, cool air conditioning, helping to relieve fatigue well.Complete variety of breakfast Fresh coffee made by the staff Eat with morning bakery. The most beautiful. Next time in Chiang Mai, reserve Nantra now ❤️

Clean room, delicious breakfast Young employees provide good service. Located next to the Ping River Everything in the room is eaten. But the downside is that the parking lot is next to the road, so you have to be careful when backing up or going in and out.

This is refreshingly good hotel. It's well managed and spotlessly clean. The team of people working here are genuinely friendly and helpful. It's one the first hotels I've seen the housekeepers actually fully stripping beds and lifting mattresses to clean completely.Breakfast is nice with daily variety of hot food options. The pastries are very good quality and the steamer for the buns keeps everything hot, not just warm. Coffee is made to order by a barista and is included with your breakfast - lovely.The street view rooms have very good soundproofing, except the corner room which bizarrely has 1 out of 2 windows with double glazing which means the noise from the road and the neighbouring restaurant come in.The rooms are modern and simple but well thought out. Plugs are in the right places to be useful.There are a small number of drinks and snacks included in the minibar which are complimentary: Pringles, nuts and M&Ms as well as a Coke, Sprite and orange and apple juices - a very refreshing idea.Laundry service is available at not much more than local laundry shops charge - no price gouging here.Overall a great stay and would certainly return in the future.

I'm traveling with my girlfriend from Bangkok. I booked this hotel because it had good reviews and was next to the Ping River.strengthThe hotel is very good and new. Worth the price. In the room there are 4 bottles of drinking water, 2 fruit juices, 2 soft drinks, and 2-3 bags of snacks (free). The staff are very nice and polite. Late at night, I didn't hear any sounds of cars running or cars passing by (we were in both rooms). The room next to the river and the room next to the road in front of the hotel) The water in the bathroom was strong and in lumps hitting the body, soft and not sluggish like most other hotels. At first I thought I would stay 2 nights and then move to another hotel. In conclusion, I stayed for 6 nights. Quickly, the school has a clothing washing service for 10-50 baht each. It smells good and is very clean.weaknessThe only thing is that the guard hitchhiked. Not at all hospitable And people who are a little younger don't like to wave. Sometimes I wave half-heartedly and then rush back to look at the desk phone. Another event Two cars were parked to drop off customers, and I was the third, until the traffic jam was long and my car couldn't park. But the young guard didn't do anything. Just sitting and watching. Sometimes you think Is the guard's desk too deep to the point where you can't see the customers' cars in front of the school at the other end of the park? In conclusion, we solved the problem by parking across from the hotel. It's the parking lot of the restaurant next door.

Parking in front of the hotel may be limited.. But you can park opposite the hotel in a large area that the hotel rents in case the front of the hotel is full. Great breakfast Better than some four star hotels in Bangkok.. There is another opportunity to come to Chiang Mai. Definitely choose here.. The bathroom shower is very powerful. Rarely do three-star hotels have strong water. In the room, soft drinks and M & M snacks are provided for free.

The Resort was beautiful. Even though it was only one night it was a very comfortable stay and the room was very clean. The breakfast room was delicious and the people who work at the hotel are very cordial and kind. If I had to recommend a place, it would surely be Nantra.

It's a simple affair, but for the price, the spacious though sparse rooms (don't expect charm) are very clean, the people you encounter friendly, the location very nice. Breakfast wasn't for me, but again, attractive price and for that it is quite good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Other than the loud live music at the restaurant next door at night, which made it hard to sleep, I think this is a great hotel for the price.

The room is small but functional and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Freshly brewed expresso is something amazing. Good combination of local breakfast and western breakfast.
