I stopped by for lunch while touring.I had soba noodles called touji soba.Warm zaru soba? The soba noodles are made with warm soup. The soba noodles are like small tamago, so they are boiled, put into a bowl, and eaten with the soup and toppings. The soba noodles are black and rustic.I felt it was a little overcooked. What do you think from a soba connoisseur's point of view?
