It seems that other guests have suffered from the same problem, so I'm writing this as a record.When check-out time approached and I told the front desk over the phone that I was leaving, I received a message saying, Since the check-out time is already past the check-out time, the coupon cannot be used this time and the regular rate will apply.'' I was not satisfied with this, so I spoke to them on the phone in the room, but they said, ``While you are doing this, you will still be charged an extension fee.'' The female staff member, who had no ability to respond, made a point that didn't make sense, and the exchange continued for about 25 minutes after the scheduled check-out, and in the end, we paid 13,070 yen. (It was originally 3,840 yen) We also called the police, but they said they can't dispatch the police unless the incident has escalated into violence.It's up to you whether you want to stay overnight, but we won't be staying there again. There is no time displayed on the coupon on my mobile phone, but when I call the front desk, they tell me that I can't use the coupon unless I tell them within 5 minutes.The lady at the front desk is also bad and the customer service is the worst.I would like to use her again. It is located inThere was a lot of mold on the cloth in the room, probably due to water leakage or humidity.There are only two bottles of water in the refrigerator.There was a water server in the room before, but... I used it for a drive towards Maizuru. I think the price is reasonable with the coupon. As for the room, it's okay. The bathroom had mold in some places and wasn't cleaned properly. Other people wrote that it was bad, but it wasn't bad, probably because of the staff. The windows of the room were not blindfolded and the curtains were not blackout curtains, so when the sun came out, the sun came in, so people who can't sleep unless it's dark or people who don't like doing things in bright places might be reluctant.

Like the others, I encountered an unfriendly female staff member.I use it every time, but is it only the same people?In order to use the coupon, I had written that I had to call the front desk within 5 minutes of entering the room, so I called but they never answered.I couldn't connect for more than 10 minutes, and I panicked and thought about going outside to go to the front desk, but I couldn't get out and I got panicky.I thought about paying it off and leaving, but the settlement amount exceeded 10,000 yen. I used it on my way back from sightseeing in Amanohashidate.Stay in the most expensive room.The room, toilet, and bath were fairly clean. I couldn't see the BS broadcast on TV.There was no karaoke or video games, and there was a slot machine, but the prizes that could be exchanged for medals were too high-quality! How many pieces do I have to take out before I can exchange them?I wish I could exchange 2 or 3 for something like a mug or a towel.

I used it while traveling.I was able to stay quite cheaply by using coupons.You can tell about a hotel by looking at the staff's behavior.I have never stayed in a room so clean.It's been thoroughly cleaned.The water pressure in the shower is also good.You can fill up the bath in just 5 minutes.The fatigue from the trip was relieved.I would have liked to have eaten at the hotel if my check-in time had been a little earlier, but it was 8pm, so I ate outside and then went in.It would be nice if there was a plan for travelers with an earlier check-in time.Still, it's a recommended hotel.
