I couldn't contact them and I read the text messages immediately but never answered the phone. There were so many ants that I couldn't sleep so I went outside right away. The owner never solves the problem or even answers the phone. I want to ask for a refund, but I can't contact them and only call staff who don't speak English..... Don't go. I left right away.

No reception, a deplorable welcome, employees who let you wait 10 minutes while looking at you because they don't have the skills to show you around or don't speak English. It was blunder after blunder.After a while, someone starts moving and shows us a room.We ask the price, Impossible to give us a price, they call the boss to ask. But still don't have a price...They say we have to wait for the boss to come to find out, in 10 minutes. Ah good ? What do we have to do? Isn’t it possible to just have a room price in a hotel? Aha.It’s not rocket science to know the price of rooms. Unless it's the client's responsibility.Finally she too is unable to give a price. She announces a price that is 10 times more than what you find online and she simply tells you that you have to order online.So in short, the boss looks like her employees, not competent, nor friendly, nor commercial.And the price announced verbally is not worth the cost considering that literally 10 m away there is a villa under construction, that the hotel itself is still under construction and that there is the shortcut of Canggu a - 70m.

A little hard to find this place, but once we found it we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are HUGE, the twin bed can be put together to create a mega comfy double bed and there is plenty of space. We stayed here for 3 nights and they are currently renovating (we've just seen new signs being put up so hopefully it's easier to find!), but even so it was still very nice and the one issue we had was solved quickly and efficiently. There is also a very well equipped communal kitchen that you can use if you need to too! The villa is very quiet and peaceful and the owners are super easy to get in contact with via WhatsApp when they're not at the villa. The location is great too as it's also only a 20 minute walk to get to and explore Canggu.
