The food is the best! All the dishes served are as delicious as a high-end restaurant.I was especially surprised by the last dish, grilled Shinshu Fukumi chicken with herbs, which had crispy skin and soft, plump meat. The bathroom has also been renovated and is beautiful. There were 3 shared toilets and washrooms. The host took a family photo during breakfast.

I stayed for 2 nights with meals included during the first half of Golden Week.I had a great time with friends for the first time in a while while enjoying the nature around Kirigamine and Yatsugatake. The elaborate meals were plentiful and delicious. Breakfast was also very delicious.Black-capped tits, nuthatches, Japanese squirrels, and more come to play on the pension's deck, so it's fun for wildlife lovers as well.On this trip, we enjoyed the magnificent natural scenery at the wetlands of Kirigamine and the courtyard of Mt. Kita-Yatsugatake, and enjoyed observing wildflowers in early spring at the Yokoya Valley and Yatsugatake Natural Culture Park at the foot of the mountain. It will be a very fulfilling Golden Week, and this pension will be a good base for outdoor enthusiasts, and is recommended for those who want to enjoy nature to the fullest. I hope to be able to use it in the summer, when alpine plants are in full bloom.

I used it from Saturday dinner to Sunday morning. The atmosphere of the room and the food were wonderful, as everyone said. However, it happened to be a rainy day, so something unfortunate happened. There was snow caked on the path and stairs leading from the parking lot to the pension, and even though it was raining on top of it, no measures were taken to remove the snow or cover it with anti-slip soil.It was a bit of a slope, so it was my fault for not being careful enough, but I fell and hurt my shoulder.I think it is difficult for elderly people to go in winter. In addition, Pilatus Tateshina Snow Resort is nearby, but it was not designed for a ski resort as it did not have a drying room. Maybe I just didn't get the explanation? The bath was very clean, but the water was normal. If you are looking forward to hot springs, there are many day trip hot spring facilities, so it is better to use them. We were told to check in and be there by 10:45pm, so if you want to check in at a leisurely pace, you might want to consider that.As for the roads around Tateshina, there were many places where the snow was frozen, so many cars were having trouble stopping. I was prepared to have to attach a chain, but a company came and wrapped it in anti-slip soil, which helped me out.It would be great if I could enjoy sightseeing, but I also felt that it was necessary to face the harsh nature. If it had been a sunny day, I might have given it 5 stars, but it's a shame.

One night stay with two meals included. The deciding factors were the careful and well-prepared food that I had read about in the reviews, and the fact that it was limited to 3 groups. Thankfully, when I went there, it was reserved for private use.As per the reviews, the elaborate dishes are delicious and voluminous, more than the price. In particular, the charcoal-grilled food had a fragrant smoke aroma as soon as you put the knife in it, and even though the excess oil was gone, it was still soft, and I felt that it was a dish that could only be found at this pension.Breakfast is a plate of yogurt, pumpkin potage, and French toast. I enjoyed talking with the owner while watching the birds that came to play on the deck, and spent some relaxing time.I went out on the deck and felt the clear morning air of the forest until I checked out. Also, among the facilities, the bathroom in particular was clean and spacious. It was a wonderful pension that made me wish I had stayed more! !With this quality, it costs about 10,000 yen per person, or about 6,000 yen with Shinshu discount, which is a great deal.

Since it was originally opened as a restaurant, all of the dishes that took a lot of time to prepare were exquisite.Although it is located in a secluded area up the hill from the Venus Line, it is quite quiet and you will feel peaceful as you sit on the terrace and watch the birds come to feed. It's a small pension, so the customer service is polite and I plan to come again.

I used the plan that included dinner. Anyway, I was very impressed with how delicious the food was! It goes well with alcohol, so we highly recommend this inn to those who drink alcohol. In addition, the room where we had our meal in particular was a wonderful space where you could feel the attention to detail of the owner couple in the interior decoration and the accessories placed there, and it was very comfortable. It was quite cold outside due to the change of seasons, but it was very warm inside at night and in the morning, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.I would like to use the plan that includes breakfast next time.thank you very much!
