From Ina City Station Bus Terminal, take a JR bus to Takato Station (530 yen), then take the smaller Hase Loop Bus (310 yen) (weekdays).Stay overnight with 2 meals included. Dinner is served around 6pm, and breakfast is served at a time of your choice between 5am and 7:30pm.Personally, I found the dinner to be a little bland. I guess it's for people who drink alcohol. However, the lady who brought it to me was so nice that I had more memories of that than the taste. The breakfast is also delicious. Overall a satisfying meal considering the location. The public bath is not a hot spring, but there are hot and lukewarm baths, making it easy to bathe. The open-air bath is small enough for one person. I don't do it from 9pm to 6pm, so it's difficult to take a bath in the morning. The customer service at the reception is not very professional, but they are very kind and likable. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were only 5 or 6 overnight guests. I'm grateful that it's quiet, but I'd like it to be more prosperous if possible. An inn you'll want to support.

Base camp to climb South Alps Japan, starting point of Ina-city mountain bus for South Alps Forest Road. Excellent hospitality with reasonable fees, dinner is the premier class local cuisine with full of local meats, fishes and vegetables. Highly recommend to trekkers / mountaineers searching for the delicious and gorgeous gourmet.

The entrance to Kitazawa Pass, which is the trailhead for Mt. Kai-Komagatake and Mt. Senjo-gatake in the Southern Alps. As of September 2024, it is impossible to approach from the Yamanashi Prefecture side due to landslides. A good accommodation to stay overnight before or after climbing. As for the facilities in the room, the TV is small and doesn't have BS, the refrigerator doesn't get cold at all, and the noise is annoying late at night. I'm sure some people will complain if they think of this as an inn in a tourist area. There are Western and Japanese rooms with toilets and baths, and there is also free Wi-Fi. I didn't use the public bath so I can't rate it. The dinner was delicious, but I thought the taste was too strong for me. The breakfast was also delicious. You can order alcohol during dinner, but we couldn't find any alcohol vending machines, so if you want to drink in your room, you'll need to order in advance. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. The food servers were kind and likable. Good to use as a front-line base for mountain climbing. However, I think some people may have complaints if they see it as a general inn for viewing autumn leaves.

One of the Shinshu public inns located at the departure point for mountain climbing buses to Mt. Kaikomagatake and Mt. Senjogatake in the Southern Alps in the former Hase Village of Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. It is operated by the Ina City Tourism Organization. As it is a mountain climbing base, it is only open during the period when the mountain climbing bus is in operation and is closed during the winter. Most of the climbers were already checking out at 7am.Prices vary depending on whether the guest room is Japanese or Western, with a toilet, with a bath/toilet, or without a bath. The Japanese-style room without a bath/toilet is the cheapest.Japanese kaiseki dinner starts at 6pm, and in the morning a Japanese set meal starts at 5am to coincide with the mountain climbing bus. There is a bathhouse (Sennin-yu) that also serves as a day-trip hot spring facility, and although it is not a hot spring, there is only one Kujaku Myoo-sui bath. There is a sauna and an open-air bath. Until 21:00 and from 6:00.It is located on a riverbank and overlooks Mt. Nokogaki in the distance. Displayed as 960m above sea level.

I used it for a day trip bath after climbing a mountain. The price seems to have gone up from before and was now ¥800.Unfortunately, the bath is not a hot spring, but it was clean and comfortable to use.The bathtubs are small, but there are both indoor and outdoor baths, and there is also a sauna that can accommodate about 4 people. The special feature is that the cold water bath is very low at around 10 degrees Celsius, making it the best combination with a sauna. The disappointing point is that there is no space for outdoor bathing.
